the mrs makes a dacent french fry from raw potatoes in the air frier
there are all kinds of things doob can make now, plus heating up simple things like those tinas burritos just got better

I like to microwave the raw potato on high for 5mins (if it's a big russet), let it sit for a few minutes to cool, then slice them into fries, coat them in a little olive oil and salt (toss them around on a plate with my fingers) and then air fry them for 10 mins on 400. Still not as good as fried in oil but pretty good and undoubtedly healthier.
An air fried burrito might be interesting but i would think you run the risk of crisping the tortilla too much before the middle gets heated through; sometimes i like to do a combo of nuke first and finish in the air fryer like with the home made fries.

So the league said the bengals-bills game is canceled, no make up is happening. If there are any seeding implications over who gets home field, then games will be played at a neutral site. So if chiefs/bills/bengals meet in the playoffs, that game would be played on a to be determined neutral field. Maybe lions stadium, or colts, maybe even jerry world assuming cowboys dont need it? But maybe they would like to stick closer to the midwest/northeast.
The final plan on how to handle this is going to be voted on by owners today, the bengals owner wants people to vote against the plan because if the ravens-bengals tied (they play each other, ravens have 10 wins bengals have 11) and play each other in the playoffs they're proposing a coin flip to determine home field advantage.

On a brighter note, damar hamlin is awake and breathing and talking to his teammates, doesnt appear to have any neurological damage although his lungs are still healing. So assuming nothing is wrong with his heart he could possibly play again next season.

thats a good move to pre cook the potato before air frying it, also its a good idea to cover them in some oil to give it more crunch
the air friend buritto might need to be thawed out, but you can get the same thing in a micorwave, where the outside is the temp of hell but its insdes are as cold as the mrs heart!

The mozz sticks I made in the air fryer tended to burst open and all the cheese would come out once they got well done. Had to put foil under them to catch the melted cheese or cook them just enough so they didnt burst.
I like reheated pizza in an air fryer, reheated fried chicken. You can air fry frozen fries, frozen pre-cooked wings like Pop said, lots of stuff.
Glad to hear the jalapeno poppers worked well, it's been a while since i had some, may have to pick some up now. Plus that icehouse lite beer, right Hawk? Dont know if i can drink 10 of them plus a 1/3 of a handle in a day, i may have to work my way up to that level.

Nah,not lite beer.just straight natural ice.been drinking Natty Daddy and four locos a few days ago.i had to take a break.probably take a break today too.that stuff fucked me up in a lot of ways.

When it comes to air fryers It really depends what kind and what your making.i would never make a steak in one but I've done it cause I didn't have any other way of cooking.if you have a good one you can cook more things.looks like the one doober has doesn't have a rotisserie.ive just got the cheapest one you can get.like $35.way too small but good for single batches of fries or wings.actually made some frozen shrimp a few hours ago.i don't know the brand but I recommend the frozen beer battered ones that says budweiser on the box.other than that they work what intended for.for cuts of meat like a loin I don't recommend it.that fan is gonna cook it too fast.your better off using a normal oven.ive made tequitos pops and they airfryers do ruin them.

Can't believe Hamlin is gonna be ok.hes crazy if he plays again.

Got KFC for the first time in years not counting the sandwich.the sides are pretty much the same but the chicken was just horrible.the meat was dry,the skin tasted stale.probably been sitting under a lamp for hours.i wouldn't of ordered it but my mom wanted it.total waste of money.gonna put a piece of chicken in the the airfryer soon.not expecting much

Yeah, you can just slice and cook a raw potato in an air fryer but it IME it takes a long time, like 20 mins, to get them cooked and crispy. The nuking beforehand lowers the cooking time a bit.

I think DB will make excellent use of his air fryer, like u said it opens up a whole new realm of frozen foods to snack on, meals etc. With that and a microwave he should be pretty much covered as far as cooking, although Hawk is right, some things demand an oven and/or stovetop to really cook right.

I think the league owners already approved the neutral site plan and also the coin flip if needed between the ravens/bengals. So it was unprecedented circumstances, i think next owner's meeting they'll vote on a permanent plan on what happens if a game is canceled.

Yeah i heard that cali got a ton of rain, maybe more in norcal than socal? Maybe that will help replenish the reservoirs and rivers a bit.

Ive never had a 4 Loko although ive seen it in the corner stores. It's basically a caffeinated beer/mixed drink, so like a Red bull and vodka? Although I think they took the caffeine out of them a while ago.

I havent had KFC in a long time either, mostly because there arent any close to me, but i thought their chicken, when done right, was great. But yeah, sounds like you got some old ass dried up sitting under a heat lamp chicken. Dried out chicken usually doesnt improve even after air frying, it'll be hot and a little juicy for like the first minute before it dries up again harder than before. But yknow, im not too proud to eat chicken jerky off the bone, it's not that bad.

yeah, baba, its like red bull and vodke (do they use real vodke or is it malt beverage) but its super sweet and will kick you in the nuts if you arent careful
the mrs air fryer is probably smaller than doobs, it looks almost like a coffe machine kind of thing but it is pretty decent
plus it does a great job of crisping things up if done right; doobs is going to love it and cant wait to hear what he makes in it
when i was young all i had was a toaster oven but i rocked the shit out of that thing and made all kinds of good food
lots of good football this weekend! a couple of late games today and then a full plate of air fried games tomorrow

4 loko used to have caffeine but people were getting fucked up off them so now its just 14% malt beverage.screwed my stomach up good.didnt eat for days.i haven't drank for 5 or 6 with is a long time for me.

Hate to break it to you pops but I think your tv is fried.probably gonna need a new one.can be fixed but you need to know someone.i ordered a 75" on Amazon and when it didn't show I looked up reviews and some people were saying they've been waiting months so I just canceled it.so there's a hot deal on a tcl 65" at best buy for only $700 From $1000 But I don't think that deal will last.id hop on that if I were you.now I'm too broke to get a tv.oh well.my cheap old 50" element been kicking for at least 5 years and lived through a fire.i guess I can wait.

Please for the love of God doober,don't put a decent sirloin in there.nobody is as lazy as me.you got a skillet and a stove right? I didn't for a while but get a little oil get a pan nice and hot then drop that bad boy on there and don't touch it for 2 minutes then flip it for about a minute and drop some butter in there and baste it.dont get much easier and it'll be way better.fish is good in the fry though.chips and fish is always good.

I would just go to the store pops.youll end up killing someone if you get it shipped and it ends up being cracked or something.either way I hope it works out.hope I can get this tcl before the sale ends but I doubt it.im taking care of my mom paying bills and buying food and she still charging me rent.if she wasn't sick I'd be outta here

Pop is right, tonite we have the jags-titans game, winner takes the division, even if jags lose they could make a wild card spot if other teams lose.
Also DB's patriots are in if they beat the bills. But the bills might be extra motivated after getting face-timed from hamlin at practice.
Sunday night's packers-lions game depends somewhat on the rams-hawks game, if rams beat the hawks then lions are in with a win, otherwise if hawks win lions are out but packers still need to beat them to get into the playoffs.

Im still rocking a 42" plasma from 2006, thing weighs like 70lbs and is limited to 720p haha. Still going strong tho.
Not sure why ur TV is messed up, have you tried googling an answer and possible fix? Maybe unplugging it for a few hours or more can let the capacitors discharge fully and then plug it back in?
Yeah Pops, seems like youve been stressed out lately, hopefully the mrs and the weather starts to cooperate more. You been drinking and smoking less or more? Changes in substance abuse can stress you out too.

I know ur a good cook Hawk but here's the thing, DB doesnt trust himself with a stove/oven since he almost burned his house down a while ago. Maybe if he had a somewhat high tech one that shut itself off after a set amount of time but otherwise it's microwave and airfryer cooking for him and probably for the better if it means more safety.

Four locos are about a little less than $3 by you baba but by me they are close to $4. They are really sweet to mask the gut rot.im done with them.i haven't drank in 5 or 6 days and I'm still not hungry.but yeah chug 3 or 4 of those and your gonna get hit fast.i had a system.start out with a natural.then a Natty Daddy.another natural and then a Loco.im feeling it after that and just stick with natural the rest of the day.but that's just cause I don't really do nothing all day.if you plan on functioning don't do it

Ive never heard of natty daddy before, but at 8.2% abv that sounds right up my alley. So you shotgun a natty ice (5.9% abv), then a natty daddy (8.2%), then another nat ice, then a 4loko (14%)? That takes what, 15 minutes?

Yeah bababooey it's comforting to have an auto-off with timer on the air fryer. Oddly most stuff is like 10 minutes. The Gorton's Pollack fillets turned out okay I guess ...nothing like real fish though. This was not very filling. Kind of dripped in the air fryer, had to wipe it down for the first time
