Yeah,I'm in davenport.kinda close to the Mississippi river.theres tons of casinos and stuff to do.just not walking distance.went to goodwill got an almost new wool jacket that's nice.bit pricey.went to super target.decent looking women.got some sushi there.it was alright.i like it alot more than walmart.but yeah that's about it.nothing to write home about.if I found a decent woman and friends it would be alright.

I figured the originals (episode 1) of all of these horror franchises are always the best one. Then the producers kept going back to the well and making sequels, some good, most bad. Have you ever seen the Freddy vs Jason crossover movie? I saw some of it, where the two fight. What'd you think of it? Too cheesy? I guess it was mostly for the fans, i.e. 'fan service'.
Man DB, that place sounds sweet. If youre only reason for not moving is you dont want to move furnitures, i would volunteer to help if i lived nearby. I know moving is a hassle but that place sounds 10x better than your current home.
I dont think ive ever seen a snake in the wild much less a rattler. I would think most hiking boots are proof against rattler bites, but what about jeans? Maybe jeans would interfere with the bite enough where they dont inject a lot of venom. But if it's hot out and youre wearing shorts...
Dang, Hippy is PICKING up rattlers to what, count the rings on the rattlers? A 4ft rattler has how many rings? And more importantly, how big are Hippy's balls, and does he need a wheelbarrow to carry them around?
I'd watch steve irwin the croc hunter (RIP) pick up venemous snakes by the tail and move them this way and that, smack them on the head and stuff. I guess picking them up by the tail is the safest way to hold them but I would probably try that with a non venemous snake at first haha and make sure you have access to anti-venom when doing it with the real thing. What did Pop say, in India you have snake charmers who raise and sleep with a hundred king cobras? I guess his nickname would be 'Cobra Commander'.
I hope you eventually got to your friend's place and had a good time despite all the delays, Pop. Besides, there's always next weekend if you couldnt make it this week.
Goodwill legit has some good stuff for pennies on the dollar, Hawk. I have one near me i havent been to in a while, might be time to stop by and see what they got. Wouldnt buy used underwear there though.

Actually I think the best way is to grab them by the mouth so they can't bite.you grab them by the tail they can easily bite you.im not sure.i don't go looking for snakes to fuck with.used to see big water snakes in georgia.i don't bother them they don't bother me.luckily never came across a rattler.ive heard them though.i think the marks on the rattler means how old it it is.

Ah, ok, a stick is a better idea, lol. Real snake wranglers use special tools (snake hook?) to handle them too. I think Pop, on the rare occassions he had to move a snake off a trail, used a very long stick too.
Grabbing them behind the head definitely prevents them from turning around and biting you, but i think if you can lift them off the ground by the tail they seem to have a hard time keeping their body up and cant turn to bite you. At least that's what crocodile hunter taught me lol. But yeah, seems awfully risky and it would be too easy to panic and drop the thing and then you got an angry ass snake 2 ft from your legs.

the real game was the chiefs and bills! this was a shoot out and fun to watch
i also got to watch the giants squadron from new york play, are these guys legit
they beat the ravens abd they have rack up a few big wins against lgit teams
/question, is mac jones a top-5 qb?!
they look good on both sides of the ball and if jones can keep this up they might just be worth watching
other teams are not doing so well, a little schadenfreude from the 9ers loss to the falcons (wtf) and i cant believe wahts going on in gb and also tompa bay; did you guys see brady chewing out his receivers on the sidelines

a nice walking stick or treking poles are one of the best things you can have on the trails
yuo look bad ass and they give you an extra point of contact and help walking, plus they are a good stand off weapon if needed
there can be some sweet deals from thrift shops and garage sails, i had a friend who would go "saleing" on the weekends
she loved to buy wierd shit and would find gems at these garage sales for dirt cheap
i havent worn under wear for decade! i havent had to wear a suit for a few years too
pops is living his best life in shorts in sandles and isnt going tbak!

Yeah I think panthers and rams were tied at halftime? But the only panthers TD came off a stafford pick 6 (doh!) but other than that, rams D dominated and rams O did enough to get the win. Still I think rams are down to 1/5 original starting offensive lineman, after their LT tore his achilles.
U mean Daniel Jones of the giants? I had the game on but didnt watch it, he had 175yds passing, 2 tds and no ints, also lost a fumble. Despite the 1 turnover he's really been quite good at taking care of the ball this year, and like u said theyre 5-1 somehow. They play the eagles twice in the last 5 weeks of the season so those should be some good games.
Im sure Hawk must be loving Brady cursing out his O-line on the sidelines. They lost to the steelers, who were missing most of their starting secondary and were first in line for the #1 overall draft pick after last week. I heard Brady missed friday's walkthrough and sat meetings to attend robert kraft's (patriots owner) wedding. He said before he would quit football if he couldnt be 'all-in' yet he missed meetings and practice this week, missed 2 weeks(!) of training camp back in Aug to go on some vacation to save his marriage (didnt work), seems like he wants to play yet not be 'all-in'.

Hiking poles are probably a must when going up steep elevations, but are they kind of a pain to carry around when you dont need them?
I used to work with a lady who always wanted to open her own ebay clothing store, her plan was to go around 2nd hand shops like goodwill and garage sales, find some good deals that she could then sell for more on ebay. Apparently there's some ladies who made millions doing something similar.

Yeah, his elbow (?) was a concern during training camp, they kept him out of practices for a bit but before the regular season both mcvay and stafford said there would be 'no limitations'. Still, like u said, every game he throws a few WTF passes that make u wonder if there's something physically wrong with him.
I read a stat that daniel jones has one of the top passer ratings vs zone defenses, so ur not far off by saying he's been going very well this year. Amazing what a new coach can do, their new head coach brian daboll helped develop josh allen from an iffy passer to a great one. Apparently he's come a long way in 10 years, where he was the off coordinator of the 2012 chiefs who finished 2-14, last in pts scored, with matt cassell and brady quinn at QB.
That whole Bob kraft wedding was weird, apparently it was a 'surprise', he invited guests to a formal party but didnt tell them he was getting married. His wife is some eye doctor, she's 47 he's 81 but she looks a good 10 yrs younger while he looks... 75 i guess. Ed sheeran and elton john and meek mill performed. Must be nice to be a billionaire.
The bucs were every expert's picks to represent the nfc in the superbowl but their O is lifeless, think theyre averaging under 20pts a game? Not sure any amount of yelling by the GOAT is going to fix that quickly. They were saying before the season started that they had some O-line injuries during camp that would make things iffy for the offense, nothing like the rams but they lost a starting guard and center.
Do you have a light backpack on while hiking? Might be nice to have a little daypack for water and snacks, maybe a small 1st aid kit, a GPS if u need it, etc. Or do you get cell signal where u usually go?
I was friends with a guy who had a side business making furniture, they would make coffee tables out of old wooden pallets. Not sure if they sold any, they looked cool enough i guess but not many people willing to pay $300 for a small table made out of garbage.
I used to be interested in garage sales, estate sales etc but then after i accumulated a pile of junk myself i realize now i dont need anyone else's junk i have enough, lol. Like if i see a popcorn maker (commercial size) or hot dog griller (with the rollers like they have at 7-11) im interested then i snap out of it and realize im not going to eat that much popcorn or hotdogs and i could do the same thing with just a frying pan or skillet.
Haha, that conor video was hilarious. I used to be a big conor fan until he started losing, now im not sure he's a contender at any weight anymore. Maybe he should fight nate diaz again or jake paul in a celebrity boxing match, that would at least be entertaining.
Speaking of hot dogs the woman was by Gene and Judes again visiting a friend, theyre open till late so she stopped by and picked up some double dogs (2 dogs in each bun) for $5 each (comes with fries stacked right on top before wrapping). depending on the hike i have a few sacks i will carry or not, i usually skin it and lik traveling light
i have a great camel back with enough water and storage for an afternoon out, plus a few light tools/ accessories; i should break it down and see what i have in there
the things that stay are mainly multi tool, some first aid stuff and probably a blade of some sort
im sure i have a lighter in there and maybe even some bike stuff
i can also stuff a long sleve shirt and spare socks in it but its kind of low pro so i dont know about stuffing in a hoddie and sweats (might be able to get one or the other in buts its not a big pack)

depending on the hike i have a few sacks i will carry or not, i usually skin it and lik traveling light
i have a great camel back with enough water and storage for an afternoon out, plus a few light tools/ accessories; i should break it down and see what i have in there
the things that stay are mainly multi tool, some first aid stuff and probably a blade of some sort
im sure i have a lighter in there and maybe even some bike stuff
i can also stuff a long sleve shirt and spare socks in it but its kind of low pro so i dont know about stuffing in a hoddie and sweats (might be able to get one or the other in buts its not a big pack)

Everytime a hiker says they pack light for a day hike (water, tools, little food etc) i think of that movie 127 Hours about that one dude that got his arm trapped behind a boulder while canyoning in the utah desert. He had a knockoff Leatherman multitool that he used to try to chip away the rock before realizing he was going to die, then tied a tourniquet around his arm, broke the bone and cut away the flesh so he could escape. Hardcore stuff but he had spent over 5 days trapped, was down to drinking his own piss and knew he was going to die unless he did something drastic.
But u tend to go with other people Pop so that's not so much of a concern if you get hurt or stuck. Do u also let people know where you'll be and when you'll be back? Im guessing you dont go camping or hiking by yourself much, except for hikes near civilization.

Ive heard Fenway franks are pretty good, DB, they boil and then lightly grill them? Always love a grilled dog. These Gene and Jude ones are just boiled, or also known as 'dirty-water dogs', kept in a bath of hot water just under boiling.
Portillo's isnt cheap, Hawk, but theyre not that expensive either and you can satisfy your chicago dog and italian beef cravings there just as good as in chicago. If you had a giordanos' there for deep dish and stuffed pizza you'll be living the life, although giordanos has gotten more expensive, it's almost $40 for a large stuffed pizza with tax.
