New to cloning in Rockwool...tips needed

..... already in the substrate-earth. A few days to grow. I use 250w MH. For clones, young plants and mother plants. Box 100x120x230- own production. I like when there is enough space above the plants. This is a good climate.

Did not think about sand as an alternative too.

Should not be an issue cleaning them roots and use them for hydroponics...
