Some are saying its a good idea to form a collective even though collectives will be absolved 1 year after everythings in place...this confuses me...I know theyre given "priority" but I wonder if they really mean they wont consider you otherwise...
March 16 2016 is currently the deadline for counties to put in their own regulations otherwise they default to state law. What I dont understand is is this the same thing as county ordinances, eg., square footage and plant count limits
Another thing I'm still trying to figure out: to get a state license your county has to give you an ok...what does that even mean? What is the protocol? For places other than Humboldt/Santa Cruz etc. I have no idea how that works...I guess thats where a lawyer comes in handy...
Then theres water board compliance (still dont know what that is) and getting a business license with business bank account...registering with the board of equalization...showing that you pay taxes (lol) and being in compliance by 1/1/2018
Lots to consider
