Yeah, I heard he smashed them all up, but I have empathy for his situation (rock and a hard spot). There was no economical way to move operations or upgrade to be in compliance.
I grew up just down the street and remeber on my 12th B-day, my Dad took me there to get my first blank (seconds). I remeber there was no Nellie Gail Ranch, no fukin houses, no mercedes dealership, nothin but 3 flags center. I remeber there were sheep in the hills behind Clark Foam. Remember that? (tear in my eye)
I was rapping with M. Doyle down at the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ reef last year and he was showing me one of those carbonfiber Pope bisects. Sounded like he and several others were setting up shop south of the border. I sure they work cool but I prefer foam to epoxy for now.
Is that 9'0" finished? I need a new one. Fucked mine up at Victor's during that last huge swell. (it fell off the truck...ooops...viva la flamming yucca!)
My grow is 2 weeks behind yours. Let me get set up and I'll start a new diary.
