🤩… NEVILS HAZE x TOM HILL HAZE

Indeed, Hempy; you know damn well that's where the magic is to be found. I'm reminded of when another user, who will remain nameless, ditched his long-flowering Tom Hill Haze plant last year. I weep for baby Jesus when I think of all the long-flowering "impractical" plants that Nevil and Shanti binned over the years. Maybe I should start the Society for the Prevention of Culling Long-Flowering Sativas (SPCLFS) and operate a rescue shelter (greenhouse) for all those poor abused sativas whose only sin is to flower for 18+ weeks like their landrace ancestors. Save the sativas!

;)
Now this is a worthwhile cause! Like those aspca commercials at 3 am. Lol. BTW did you grow out the aneuploid u had tested?? I'm growing some stuff from hawaiian breeze with your Colombian work in it bh7 x puntobiche or Dorado something they have awesome diversity

First picture is number four and number two , second picture is number three and number one, :) the first two have a nice sturdy, stems the second two have very thin, willowy stems … I kept the male and have clone back ups of these plants. Now I got to get my shit together and try to make some seed with these with some other cuts that I have. …hope I can pull it off. About the male plant is that even under 24/7 light it keeps flowering and flowering and flowering? View attachment 18811857 View attachment 18811858 View attachment 18811859
My outback Vietnam male did the same thing when put back into veg after sexing. In fact he eventually grew pistils and pollinated himself!!
The 2 different stem types show up as segregation in alot of haze work. It's possible the split could have originally been related to male female specific traits. The hollow stems in a male allows building height quickly tge males tower over the females. Eventually the male bends over and pollinated all females below.
The thin willows stems are very strong and can hold alot of weight in buds seeds even tho they give some. They are almost wooden by the end.
Interesting that Chinese have known males give best Fibre for thousands years. Se Asian males also have the highest cbc content of all types. The old nevil male recombining with diverse tom hill female genotypes have unlocked haze madness

They're looking great FP. I went back through some of my photos of long-winded hazes and sativas, and my best guess is that your willowy #1 is an 18-week plant, while the others are closer to 16 weeks. They really are beautiful; you are growing them beautifully.

The U2 plant that tested as an aneuploid was a male, and I have seed of his progeny in the form of Early Queen x U2, Early Haze x U2, U2 F2s, and my Angel's Breathe F2 x U2. I haven't grown out any of the progeny yet.

There is wonderful diversity in the puntodorada line, as that 78 Colombian Gold pollen was the real deal! I just got a bagseed to pop of the puntodorado BX (75% Colombian gold from 1978). It's fun to throw a bagseed in with the rest of the girls because I believe that good things come from bagseed!

i just went back to hawaiian breeze thread to figure out the exact male he used. the cross is bh7 x punto rojo/puntobiche late flowering. dont have a pic but all 6 are impressive. can be picked out of the crowd of other hybrids in veg like mango haze. super vigor.
if you were to self the aneuploid or use it as an outcross to a pure haze line i think you would find some magic. selfed aneuploids create additive phenotypes that further intensify the exagerrated traits caused by the tinkering of gene balance. the early resin you observed would get even crazier. but either way thanks for getting that test helped my work alot to have that kind of data. aneuploid males are especially desirable because they pass on the aneuploid traits at much higher rate then a female aneuploid. this is due to the irregular genome content of the pollen grains. the heterogenous size of aneuploid pollen is directly coorelated to the quantity of extra chromosomes. this is why haze A lines have such a high rate of aneuploids. selfing a5 seems to lead to tons of mutants.

this one looks like toms haze, those thai sticks you know... toms haze is the best haze around, and real game changer... real haze without compromises, not like watered down dutch haze.

about that long flowering one, it is visible she doesnt like indoor enviroment. and I am sure it doesnt like general hydroponics... so it was good idea to cull it... but I see you listen to pseudoexperts hahahah.
