I'm close to harvesting these Sour BX's.Some are going to go to 90 days for sure but a few should be ready sooner.It's almost day 80.I'll try and take some shots this morning when I cut some lower branches.The dehums have been running around the clock, some of the colas are too big and I worry about the insides but so far no dead leaves or signs of rot.I should take the weekend to sort out the Sour BX seeds and send them to the server fund.Now I know that they grow well and have a heavy sour odor so I'm confident anybody growing them will do well.The seeds are dried and I have about 40g of them.

I cut a small side branch from the earliest, stinkiest plant.She's still growing so I've had her on 2/3 strength nutes for 5 days.The buds are like this on just about every plant.I'll have more pics when I start harvesting.Maybe I can take some at lights out too.There's some crazy plants happening!

@ slip ..I was gonna mention that I noticed even after sexing some plants didnt shoot pistils and some haven't shot a pistil yet ..that made me nervous bc I knew they were gonna flower long ..I do have one that has loads of pistils now and one that started shooting 3 days ago ..but the other 3 are just stretching ..I did force flower (glad I did) bc they stretch like a mofo ..not all tho ..

I noticed 2 types ..shorter and branchy (early flower) and taller with no branching with weak stems (later flower) ..but leaf wise they all look the same ..I don't see any haze influence like the sour x Nevs ...but I'm gonna assume the late flower are haze influenced ..those are gonna be the best beans on the server fund (no offense to anybody) I can't wait to upgrade my setup to pop like 25 of these ..are u gonna do a bx2 after u clean up and rearrange ? ..I think if u can get them to finish 15 days earlier they would perfect ..butt 11 weeks is average for sour right ?
Compared to the f1 cross ..those bxs are dramatically different ..the f1 is a basically a funky haze

@hash zepp ..that's a pretty plant ..Dominican green did the orginal cross right ? I remember wanting to run that one ..how long does it flower ?

Yeah, I'm on 78 give or take a day right now and the sour goes 80 so we're pretty close.I don't know if another BX would be better or to start inbreeding with these?These are so much like a sour d and from my small batch fairly uniform, they'll all finish within 90 but a few of those were seedlings that were way behind and I threw them in for kicks, now they're 2ft colas...still, I don't have the space to run as many as I'd like.The Sour Nevs F2's are hazy with a fuller flower cluster and another 1/3 taller than the BX.We'll have to see how she smokes!!

Ahhhh u kno what ur right ...I'm not thinking about the seedling to flower phase ..I forgot all about that extra time frame ..they are all pretty uniform ..I was surprised ..I'm gonna re-veg the best tasting one and the fastest to flower during the summer to get a proper run done in the fall ..

Sometimes f2s bring out traits u wouldn't see or expect ..I thought I had a male I was gonna hit the lower branch of everything in the room but It's looking like 5/5 females .. ..maybe the bx is not needed maybe I should look into the f2s then see

Yes I wonder for sure! This is a nice shot of my Nevilles clone.The single cola is a 20" unit I flipped when roots showed and behind it is the bigger one against the wall.On the right a Sour BX is popping in and a G-13 is starting to flower in the front.This center Nevilles cut was so small when I threw it in!

This is the Sour BX I cut the branch off^^.Just like a sour, as soon as the nutes cut back the smaller leaves in the flower clusters start to go yellow.5 days back they were pretty green.

I cut down my first Sour BX late today before lights out.She'd been on half strength nutes for about 7 days and today was day 79 of 12/12...I could have gone a bit longer but I was dying to see this one.The smaller bud leaves went yellow when I slacked up on the nutes so the yellow spots you see are just the small leaves.No nanners or anything.All the fans were faded yellow and lots of cloudy trichs so I said what the hell!
