Hey I've been looking around alot online and I've found a few good deals, all from the States, but I don't really feel like dealing with the duties/taxes ect..

Anyone know of a good hydroponic supplier in Canada?

Thanks

Yeah I can second that they have a south island location also

The only complaint I have is they ask funny questions sometimes. They know what their products are being sold for and they don't hesitate to talk to you about it. If your ordering online you don't have to deal with that though...

even with shipping the states is always cheaper.. webhydro will ship from a wharehouse in quebec for free if you call them, this is a great source for bulbs and ballasts.. some things they wont offer there though. Growing equipment isnt illegal you dont have to worry about ordering it over the border. millions of packages cross over the border daily, there looking for bombs/ drugs/ humans.. ect. they dont care about a HPS bulb or 20 of them for that matter. or if your close enough order to a p.o box at a ups store and drive over and pick it up.

More often than not, ordering something outside of Canada means you're gonna have to pay brokerage fees based on your shipment's price.
Which cost a lot of money and is a pure fucking scam.

I once bought a pair of headphone from the US for 75$ and had to pay an extra 50$ upon arrival because of brokerage fees.

It depends how the seller ships it. You can ask it to be sent as a sample or gift and no duty will be paid. Duty is usually just HST anyways.. and anything you buy here you get fucked by HST

I can vouch for Jons. Had a good experience with them, but only one. Progressive is a good place to shop as well, but I just go local rather than online.
