Wow so many poeple in the Carolinas...funny I have never bought real dank here in fact never found anything better than beasters. It is always dry here, I grow my own only twice a year though. Wish I had some land to do a huge outdoor run... or a partner for a guerrilla run would be sweeeet Thing is I don't trust easy though...and I guess you can't blame everyone staying under wraps casue of these strict laws. Whatever happed to SC legal shit?

Greetings Anti, welcome to the thread, there is dank to be found just have to know the right people. Its hardly ever dry here. Though not saying we dont have a dry spell of about 4-5 days here and there.Incog I ll email you in a little while I have some things to take care of at the moment.

Considering that N.C. is ranked 10th in population (+8 million) for the country and has long been an agricultural state, I'm not really surprised at the amount of growers. Probably more growers than we'd ever imagine. Plenty of guerrilla growers, also.

There is plenty of dank, though. Just have to know where to get it. Some of the strains I've seen or smoked include: SSH, Blueberry, White Widow, Hoggsbreath, random Hazes, AK-47, Kush and Afghan. Plenty of beasters and mexican schwag, also.

As for original/unique strains, I've heard of "Key Lime Pie" but I have no clue if it's exclusive to N.C. or how/where to get a cutting or seed.

lol this i know for sure... although right now I can;t even get the mexi...only strain I know came from here is Carolina creeper, read it here though... I have never bought dank in NC... maybe cause I am not willing to pay high dollar (400-600 an oz) cause its not around like on the west coast... there you don't really have to know anyone.

I too have heard of "Key Lime" seems to me, that it would be more suited for FLA.Name wise any rate, but also makes me wonder.... the current smoke I have is a light green almost lime colored with pale red hairs (reminds me of the red headed carolina girls of them thar hills) but anywhoo, I would love to get my hands on some clones or beans of KL if this is true.

Yeah, I can usually grab some schwag but I never do. I'd usually rather just go without than smoke that seeded, burnt, abused grass. Normally I just settle for some decent beasters but from time to time I'll grab some headies if it's available. Never more than a 1/4 at a time, though so I don't really know any prices by the zip specifically.

Glad somebody else has heard of it. Really interested in trying some myself. I've heard of "Carolina Creeper" but as to whether it's unique to N.C. or S.C. I don't know. Probably a little of both, maybe. If only I had some lime colored buds right now. Oh well.

"Carolina Creeper" first time for me, though I just was told by my cuz that he has had contact with the Creeper and it is worth the hype. "Carolina Couch Lock" is more like it, according to him.lol

Absolutely must get my hands on some bud, seed or clone. I have no idea where to start but I'll damn sure be on the lookout. I wonder what the Creeper's lineage is. Apparently more indica leaning, possibly.

At the moment I have access to Kali mist, clone only (currently my fave), Skywalker seed or clone, Mazar seed or clone, Chem Dawg most assuredly clone only, DJ shorts Blueberry, clone only. Maybe a little snip and swap can take place in the future. No need to rush it at the moment. Good to hear from you. I'll be in touch.

Really need to start working on a medical marijuana campaign in N.C. Plenty of veterans, sick people and farmers, I feel if we set the record straight with some of the doubters, we could possibly start a movement. However, I'll wait until I'm done growing and smoking for that type of organization.

I know "Carolina Creeper" just sounds like some type of folkloric beast waiting in the woods to strike, and sorry to hear about the past grows. Its unfortunate that people seem to have the need for stealing things though Karma does have a way of taking care of them in the long run.

any of you georgia people notice how everyone on the highway is getting searched? Everytime I drive down I-20 and see a trooper with someone pulled over, they are searching the car. Is this a Georgia thing? Never seen this in Florida.

I remember when I visited Florida (Miami/Aventura) for two weeks I saw people getting searched left and right. Also saw tons of people getting pulled but the number of searches amazed me. It's pretty disgusting how most traffic stops can be turned into a search & seizure these days.

Yamaha~ ive noticed that on I20 also man and 285. Theres always someone getting pulled over and getting searched! I hate it and its so wrong! Things need to change but who knows if they will! Stay safe all....

It is so hard to get things changed though, as you basically have to risk your own security and freedom to do so...overall though, things do seem to be progressing in the right direction most of the time though...hopefully in our lifetime...

Droppin in to say wa'sup to the local NC growers. I'm new to the area and also new to growing. My relo and lack of knowing/trust for local sources forced me into doing for myself. 1 week into flower and I kick myself @ 31 for waiting 16 years to do this.

I was wondering if there are any local networks of business profesionals like myself that enjoy a toke with discretion due to the legal/profesional risk that public knowledge could expose them too?

I have seen the same in NC on I85, I read in the local paper that the west to east pipeline for smugglers (drugs & illegals) runs through here and into GA/FL.
