do you wanna repot them or just let them go?
the older leaves look a little bit burned but the new growth looks nice and green, guess they adapted.
I'll have to let them go on for now. I don't have any other medium for them. This was all kinda last minute. I'll be honest, I don't even know if my PH pen is working right. Haha.

I'll see if I can get some calibration fluid ASAP. It's been 3 years after all just sitting in a case.

I'm going to get bakered soon and read through this thread. Interested in this schmoroform stuff or whatever it's called. Apparently you found a good girl a while back in these seeds. I'll be peepin'. Always down to learn. Exciting!

Well guys I really borked up. I totally realize I had a similar issue with this soil when popping early seedlings for my buddy Neil.

I'm going to test some runoff then figure out from there what my options are. I may get some regular BX and feed them myself from now on.

Can't believe i used this stuff again.

So I did a water input of 6.54 and got an exit runoff of 6.45

This can't be the issue unless my meter need calibrating. Buying some stuff now. 20241115_202245.jpg 20241115_202626.jpg

OMG, please tell me what that Pine Apple bag says. I have some freebies of that variety but they don't say what it is, and I didn't find anything online in my cursory search. Nice strains you've got there!
Well, there is a pheno of Ed Rosenthal super bud called, Pineapple.

Then there is Freeborns/Meangene's, Pina, or pineapple which I'm not sure what it is.

The Bodhi one is Congo Kashmir x Lavender Lemonaid

Maybe more out there also I'm not sure.

Some pics of Congo Kashmir (not mine)

Wtf, man, now I am WAY more stoked about those Pine Apple seeds. I don't know anything about the Lav. Lem., but maybe that's awesome too - hopefully so since you got two crosses of it!

Thanks for the extra credit pics. Very cool, dude! Can't wait to scroll this thread tonight.

Haha I'm not sure if they're good. He just released them as far as I know and I usually try to get 2 packs each of his stuff. Even his lavender lemonaid father he's using is relatively new and i havent seen any pics of him. I'd be growing some of his stuff indoor now but I really want to look at my early collection stuff and play around before the beans get too old.

I am in a similar boat. I have many older seeds that need to get grown out and tested before much else does, so my big ticket items like Malawi, badass Hashplant and personal crosses are going to have to wait while I experiment with a ton of new stuff.

Boohoo, we have so much variety, right? 2025 is going to be so amazing. I have all of my crop scheduling written up into 2027, so now it's down to just waiting and enjoying. I'm hoping I find some real surprises in the coming year of "Captain's-platter-style" bean-popping that I find worth it to mother or self-seed a gem pheno for future work.

Do you usually only run Bodhi?

So I keep looking at these Schromfrosts and I think a couple things are happening.

One, I think it's way too dry. This humidity reading was taking from a room beside where these are growing so I'm guessing the humidity is even lower.

So, out comes the humidifier I suppose.

Two, something is telling me give em a slight boost in food. I could be wrong, so I only went 35% Str.

See how they respond over the next several days.

Haha yeah there is a lot of variety these days. My seed collecting has gotten out of hand over the years.

You plan that far ahead with what you're growing? I wish I could do that. I have some much stuff that's amazing I keep changing my mind every time I look.

Hopefully you find what you're looking for also popping those beans.

Nah, I'm actually a complete noob when it comes to Bodhi. I saw so many great grows though and decided to indulge a lil too much I'd say. Gosh I gotta have at least 100 packs of his alone. No I have a diversity of stuff I guess you could say.

Well, for what it's worth, it sounds like you started with a good source. I have done a lot of digging on seed breeders, and while there is always room for more learning, Bodhi seems to be very well received by most all growers I've read testimonies from. In fact, I grew a couple of his strains myself, though I botched the first run entirely (long story). Later I successfully grew the Silver Lotus and by the phenos I got, it was acceptably potent but not anything super special to me. Good weed certainly, just not "holy shit, wtf is this" good. However, I do keep Bodhi in my mind as a potential source in the future. Perhaps the strain I tried was a lesser line of theirs. Perhaps I got bad odds and ended up with weaker phenos than could be expected, perhaps grower error impacted quality/yield, or perhaps it simply didn't match up with my own biological preferences. Who knows? Who cares?

People love Bodhi's stuff, so I reckon there's gotta be something there.

As to planning out runs, I find it helps ensure I won't have dead-time if I plan ahead and know when to start sowing seed, pulling clones, harvesting and replacing with new clones to flower. It makes the process less stressful because you can focus on one week/task at a time and know that as long as you do what is slated for that period of time, you will succeed guaranteed.

I've had periods where my grow is just dead, waiting for clones to get big enough or waiting for clones to root, while the bloom tent sits idle. I'm done with that. By my calculations, a person can comfortably get in approximately 3.5 crops in a year (indoors) - more or less depending on strain selections. This means between the age of 20-80, a person could get 210 crops in their lifetime. I don't have any time to waste. None. I've wasted enough. So I'm scheduling for the future to make sure I don't have any regrets regarding my garden when I lay my head down in the end.
