Aeroponic Cannabis, a new project

Today was all about adjustments. I thought the pumps were giving me 96 PSI, but it must be that when I ran the tests there was some air in the circuit. When I saw that pressure, I decided to install the two HPA pumps, but since I was missing some accessories, I couldn't install the gauges. And today, when I installed them, to my surprise, I found they were giving 160 PSI on each bank 😅
So I turned off one pump, which I'll leave as a backup in case the other breaks, and I reattached the aluminum manifold. The result with one HPA pump was 116 PSI 👌.
I also changed the oxygenation times because the water was heated to 24.5 Cº, and I went from 3 min/11 min to 1 min/15 min.
New misting times: 11 sec/3 min

Here's where I installed the gauges, to my surprise 😅

And here the manifold and 1 pump at 116 PSI

Day 5, Growth

Room temperature: 24º/25º.
RH: 60% ~
LED power: 10k Lux.
Water oxygenation: 32 PSI ~, 1 min. / 15 min.
Misting: 116 PSI, 23 s / 3 min.
Ec: 2.1 ms
Ph: 5.8

Little by little, correcting some minor issues that arise, the 0.2 mm mistblowers are clogging, so I ordered 0.3 mm stainless steel mistblowers since they are the only ones that pull well and don't clog, maintaining decent pressure in the system. I also restarted the two pumps, one for each bench, since installing some 0.3 mm mistblowers caused the pressure to drop. Another change has been to wrap the roots in the baskets so that they wake up a little better and come out everywhere, a trick that I didn't know about and a friend recommended me to do.

Beautiful setup. Well done sir :respect:

No medium to hold the roots/plants in the cups once they get bigger?
I'd imagine they would want to tip over. Are you planning to train into a screen or net?

Hey buddy, look, this is the method I'm going to use to hold the plants. I hope it's enough.

And this is the precipitation of salts left by Athena fertilizers, nothing serious about that.

Will the nozzle clog if the root grows into the space?🤔
I will follow it , thanks for sharing🫡
No, the root goes downwards, not to the sides.
I use 0.6mm nozzles and I have a 10micron filter installed before the pump. There has not yet been clogging in 2 months.
I did my first tests with 0.4 mm nebulizers, and the pressure was too low for my liking. So I'll stick with the 0.3 mm ones, which worked well for me in the previous crop and didn't clog. The filter I use is also a 40 micron filter before the pump.
