Best of luck. Hope your plants out in the wild are doing good. I really enjoy catching up with your thread. Are you starting to feel any firmness in the female flowers that have been pollinated?

Those dark hairs pulling back into the flower haunt my nightmares. Here's a pic i took today of my bagseed experiment that screwed itself.

Nice colours, is that a seed popping out? The good thing with my plant is it has never hermied. Only chemicals caused it to reverse sex, but have I got viable pollen?

I don't know yet.

FEMINIZED SEED

FEMINIZED SEED

I got a little bit inquisitive this morning.

SEED, MY GIRLS ARE HAVING BABIES

picture.php

This was taken from a popcorn nugget at the very base of one of the mums, not the main colas. I believe it is an immature seed. It is firm however still very green. If this is the case the main colas should be holding a large amount of developing seed, FEMINIZED SEED.

Thanks Joeski, the colloidal silver appears to be a success. I have been concentrating on pollinating the main colas of the mums and did nothing to the nugget from where this seed came from. The pollen must have just drifted around until it found a target.

HERE SHE IS AFTER DRYING FOR A FEW HOURS

This is an immature seed. The main colas should hold the gold and will need more time to mature.

Congrats man! Must feel good to see that after all the waiting. I look forward to seeing theese grow.

Yep I feel confident now so in 2 -3 weeks they should be ready. I think I will celebrate and go to the pub, it's only about a 4k walk. I'm not taking the ute or dirt bike down though, the police are ruthless about drink driving in these parts. But with any luck they will give me a lift home, I know them.

Thanks luvaduck, I'll do a germination trial and see what happens. By the looks of it I should get a decent amount of seed.

Yep it's taken a while DevilWeed but should be worth the wait. The next grow will be with NL#5 x Haze if it arrives, I want some real male pollen now not the she/male stuff.

G'day Afro, got a lift back from the pub with a friend who was sober, but I wasn't. It's good to see the old mums coming back to life. Give it a week or so and I'll get some clones off them.

Nice work mate, good to see some beans, still curious as always..

BUNDY...

Hope there's a lot more beans Bundy, there should be. I can't drink Bundy & Coke, just find it too sweet, bourban and beer for me or a bottle of good red wine.

LOL mate i find Bourbon too sweet. I like to fill my glass with ice add a double shot and just a splash of coke to change the colour. Have drank a 1125ml bottle of Bundy to a 600ml bottle of coke on numerous occasions. Good to see the beans mate, well done.

BUNDY...:tiphat:

PREGNANCY

PREGNANCY

Just thought I would put up a couple of pics of the pollinated mums. I'm not sure what I should be seeing because I haven't done a seed run for many years.

THE CALYX APPEAR TO BE SWELLING

I HOPE THERE'S SEED IN THERE, SOMETHING i HAVEN'T SEEN FOR A LONG TIME

High Country, I think you're on to a winner there. Those hairs that have coloured already have done their job ie to catch the male pollen. I would imagine by the looks of those pics that in a couple of days the seeds will become evident.
So tou haven't done seed for a while hey? I usually do a bottom branch of the best ones every time. Just love that whole life cycle thing.
Keep up the good work.
