hey there just thought I'd put up pics of my sprouts,,biggest two are rooting well






And a couple of the girls... first one is table height ,,you can see how they've bushed



and if you remember, this is what they looked like when i got um,2-27-05, , they've grown sooo much

I did the exact same thing in my Aquafarm thread lol, showed a pic of how they were when I put em in, next to how they are now.....its amazing when you look at them that way as you dont really think theyre growing when u see em all the time do you.
theyre looking good there anyway, and ur babies looking well too!
love the idea of using a corn cob plate for a seedling tray hehe.

you are way to kind , i'm just a metal-head with a green thumb it's a pleasure to give you a helping hand here and there , when i first started growing there was only books to read ,
no live tech support :wink: .

raising that pot by double potting it was a wise choice wikid , hopefully that's the ticket , if not she's just a fussy b!tch and does not deserve another round as a clone :wink:

keep a eye on the res foam you were talking about , feel & smell it { lovely job huh lol } and if it's slimmy or smells foul , you should change your res again , nutes are cheap and time is precious !

your second pic shows how nice and lush the've become in the last week wikid , even though you were focasing on your hand the plant came out nice and clear in the right corner.

every thing else is looking good sweetie :smile: and those babies will be big in no time

Glad to see ya stop back in ,,, it definately put thing into perspective for me seein that first pic again! That little tray I got the seedlings in has work great it dries during the early hrs the lights on , B4 i get up,, then i put more in, and it dries B4 i go to bed so i add a little more.
OH: i'm soooo glad to have Tech Support at hand! LMAO Though I have read all the books i can find too,, it all helps at certine times in any grow! Your help Has been invaluable to me though, and will always have a Very High Opinion of YOU!! :wink:
The plant i raised has done Awesome,, she's Almost the same color now as the rest are,, a few more days and she'll be Green as she wants to get I bet! The roots already wen tinto the next pot and are looking happy, so , so am I. And that foam stuff has dispursed don't really know what was up with that. The morning after posting that, it had gone, now it's just a funny lookin rim above the water line. I got me a new rez tub too as the one I have now was a cheap one and it flexes a Lot when full, it's also light blue and seems to let a small amount of light through... I'll put in the new tub at next rez change! BTW,,, is once a week rez change too often, or do ya think every two weeks would be fine? My pH has held steady for the last couple days,, it's been 5.6 -5.7. This morning it had gone to 5.8 but i wont mess with that till it creeps higher. and the ladies are drinking more water then eatin right now as my ppm has gone from 640 on Sun. -to 670-680 this morning.

I think i'll be adding a little H2o2 to the rez next change out,,, run it for a couple cycles then add my nutes back in... and there is my next Q too,,, how often is it ness. to flush? it's been 3-4 weeks and not been done,, though they seem very happy .

All the above sounded good to me wikid ,
about the flushing stuff , i use coco cubes which is just like using rockwool cubes , and i never flush during a crop , since your using such small cubes of RW and the rest of the roots are really getting their moisture and nutes from the hydrostone , theres really no reason to flush them.
also you should becareful if you flush in the middle of grow cycles , as it will mess with the plants osmotic pressure{ water cant get up the plant stems} so if your gonna do it , use a product called " clearex " it's from american agrotech the makers of PBP , it will protect the plants from the "pressure drop" of flushing them.

OH: TY TY,,, hmm maybe i wont bother then with the flush,, like i said they seem very happy so why mess wit a good thing? Right! :wink: I was thinkin of using PB nutes when i run outs GH Flora, but the guy at the "Shop" said it's to "chunky" a nute to run in E&F . true or Not?? I've heard ( and seen ) great things done with it soo ,,,

That guy dont know what the hell he's talking about , i run it in a drip system and it never clogged anything , in the last 3- 4 years i've used over 10 gallons of pbp and i measure it in a shot glass so i get a good look at it and i've never seen anything but it being a brownish liquid, it's not even thick.

i bet he's never even grown a crop with it

OK all, update time.
M ypH seems to be hoilding a lot more steady as late, making my job easy :smile: , most the time I just stand in the room starin . But i do have a problem I think here's a pic,


The new fan leaves have some funky twisting and wrinklin goin on,,, i been goin through defi. post's and can't really find too much that sounds like it (Zinc? silicon maybe?) I'm just not sure because there's no effects to the older growth at all,, just the new fan leaves
Other then that everything is great,,, though we had a cold snap come in a couple days ago which has inturn lowered my rez temps to 60 and up to 63 or so during lights on,, so i'ma go get a small heater for now. Room temps are nice though 70-80 durning lights on,, and a RH of 30-67%. Here's a shots of the whole table,, you can see the one sick one is now green as the other's too!

And I now have all but one in LST i just love that proccess, it's so cool to watch the plant shap change and set into it's new shape More updates soon! and any thoughts on the twisting and wrinkling would be helpful! TYTY!

i had a couple leaves like that on my grape punch, looked like spinach!!!
turned out to be the biggest leaves i've ever seen!!!

maybe reacting to the temp drop? they look nice & green, let them go!!!!

let's see , is it only happening to the plants that are being trained ?
are those the nebula's ? , it could be just a freak , or it could be genetic , or it could be from the stress of training , i cant really tell from those pic's if you have any purpling in the leaf vains or not , do you ? , what's your PH been running at as a average this week ? depending on how you answer the above questions will give me a idea of whats going on , could be a nute def , but i couldn't say for sure without that other info .

Na', not just on the trainess,as i have all but one of those in LST,, but it is on all the same kind of plant, even the one not bein trained. I talked to my friend i got um from finally, he said his grew out of it,, he thought it was something in the genetics of the Blueberry ( i was wrong , those are homegrown fantasy blueberry x whitewidow). so hope mine will just grow out of it too
Ph has been 5.6 - 5.7 this week ,, no purpling of leaf vanes ( some on the stems though)

Hey All:
Well we had a slight problem last night in the garden,, my bulb burned out! !! Luckily i was in there for a later then usual check up when it happened. I thought we were scrwed for the night and brought out just a lamp that had a small floro bulb in it to light the room up for the night,, when hubby popped in with a bulb we'd forgotton we had! !! TY TY TY to a good friend of ours, :friends: he'd bought a couple new bulbs for his room and kicked us one of his old ones to keep as a back up.
We went down today and got our replacement Conversion bulb,, we'll be kicking that puppy in in just a couple weeks i do believe!! Can't wait to flower , that's always a good time! :wink:

Highya Mythical Grower! Glad ya found my thred and stopped in! My plant's are in rockwool cubes also,, one in a 6" cube and the rest in small 2" cubes. Growing well so far! Stop back in anytime, hope it'll be a good show :wink:
