This is my cat about fifteen feet up my tree in need of rescue...

I got my extension ladder out and saved her.

Then she did it a couple days later at midnight and I had to rescue her again.

Then she did it again a few days later.
I looked up at her and decided to leave her there.

She found her a way down.

She was just toying with me the whole time.

she thought you were bored...

she let you bring the ladder up and carry her down?

i've got a yard full of cats and trees. every time i come around the corner with the ladder they just superman it on out of there before I have a chance to help them.

4 fer 4. one of them was 25' up. didn't know how the fuck i's gonna get him down safely with a 20' ladder, but once he saw how big and heavy that thing was he just flew out the tree and ran off without skipping a beat.

my smallest scales 25-30' up and down trees in perfect rhythm like a world class competitive arborist. little wiener dog looking cat, abnormally long tail.

I woke up to my cat running around playing with a mouse, she can go out as she pleases so I don’t know if she caught it in the house or brought it in. I found the remains in my office this morning...

She didn't let me, ... the little princess demanded it of me!

She was threatening to jump!!

She knows how to get down.
She shimmies down butt first so she can hook her claws in.

She was just messing with my head with her empty threats. Lol 😆

When a cat goes up a tree just remember not that
many cat skeletons found in trees, lol

They always find their back down, but so funny your cat
had you dragging out that ladder.

I don't know if I mentioned it in this thread, but I recently learned that falls over 7 stories are rarely fatal for cats.

I found this out after a buddy's Bengal decided to try base jumping out of his 12th story apartment.

Took her to the vet where she spent the night getting a blood transfusion and observation.

Not one broken bone.

I tried letting the cat in the Veg. room where there are about 16 bigger plants and 6 small ones.

He started digging on both size plants.

I guess I have to get them big enough so they can with-stand one bite, and a little digging.

Okay, I'm pretty pissed at my cat right now...

Maybe I'll make her sleep outside tonight. ??

She can go to sleep in a tree, ... Lol 😆

Under 7 stories is MORE fatal to cats because they don't have time to slow their terminal velocity down by flattening their bodies.

Okay, ...

I'll go chase my cat up a 100' tree so she's safe... Lol

There's one in my backyard... Lol

My cat is chasing a mouse around my bedroom right now, after I wake up I’m gonna go see if I can find the mouse and put it outside...

Your cat ain't climbing any tree...but that's fine, she looks happy just where she is.

She's not really climbing trees anymore.
That picture was a couple of years ago.

Now she runs about 6 feet up the tree then looks over her shoulder to make sure that I'm watching then jumps down.

She loves the attention. Lol 😆

Just spent 2 hours cleaning 1/2 of my office.

maybe 1/2 of what I was doing was simply de-kitty-cat-ifying the mess the cat made.

He loves to knock things off the desk so if you put things in piles on your desk to organize them

I understood it as they needed as much time as falling 7 stories would take to air-kadidi their bodies into a "head over heels" position (which would assumedly be flatter than not).

I didn't fact check this, but its easy to imagine it taking that much time for a cat to gain control of it's x and it's y axis, if it slips and falls from losing its footing, while still not having much time left over to really slow itself very much.

Falling is funnier when it happens to people.

Y'boi Bobbo would know first hand, tho.

I like how you keep a chicken in your office. Lol 😆

Has it ever laid an egg in your computer?

The birds like to lay eggs on Metro shelving.

I have one picture of them sitting on some old computer motherboards. I was thinking about trying to extract the metals like the guys at

https://goldrefiningforum.com/

but ended up selling them to an ecycler that pays for eScrap.

There is another Metro shelf in the dining room and there is a pan with nuts and bolts. The Golden Sex Link hen likes to lay her eggs there.

I bought a professional incubator and did not have good results, just rotten eggs. I think it might have been over-heating them.

Now I got a bunch of her eggs in some Tupperware on top of a 250 watt metal halide ballast. It's warm, not hot.
