Thank you for the detailed smoke report.

At the moment I am also not overwhelmed by my ThaiChi, but feel it is interesting.
It's been curing for about a month.

So far it gets me feeling somewhat high (medium potency) and keeps me focusing from inside myselfe, 'lookiing out at the world". Interesting bit for me.

But seems it has a ceiling, smoking more doesn't change anything and smoking a different strain only helps somewhat

The next day I feel like there's "residue" in my brain, like a light hangover. This I don't like.

Will give it more time curing...

Yes that’s about how I feel as well! It still made my top 5 this grow though! I think it’s the KC you are feeling, I get a similar high on pure KC and all my KC Malawi Pheno’s as well, that type of head seemed to dominate even the Thai, but still improved over KC and better than my kc x’s. I’ve found other highs that I like better I think

Veg pics KA5H x (Thai Stick Malawi or Og18 Malawi) mixed pollen

I’m curious if the 50% Malawi genes on paper will dominate or if they will more follow the parents that weren’t very Malawi dominant 🧐

Excited to see this generation

Update on the new generation… I’ve been calling this gen XHAZE, KA5H X (Thai Malawi or Og18 Malawi). A collaboration of my favorites the last few years. Showing very Sativa, these 6 females were topped before flowering. We’re at 3.5 weeks 😊

This plant seems to be kinda an anomaly in this xhaze line. It’s a very petite small plant, where as the others are very vigorous and branching everywhere, this plant is not that. Yet it’s stacking up pretty good. I’m not really sure what I’m seeing here but it’s kinda interesting

I have some of the oats actually making oats! I can’t prove it but to me it really seems cannabis likes what oats do to the soil and biology. I feel like I get more balanced nutrition when they are present. One possible reason for this is my understanding is that oats root exudates have a reducing effect on the soil. Meaning the opposite of oxidized, Minerals like iron, manganese, copper cobalt oxidize easily and become unavailable to plants in this form. Maybe the oats is helping make these things more available, they also host mycorrhizae fungi and the worms also seem to love them!
