Looking for a new flavour so germinating a Tastebud OG freebie with high hopes and also Leda Uno as its a proven and trusted strain for me, I may adopt a g13\hash plant x psychosis bx1 seedling a friend has germinated to mix things up
I think englishrick may like the Tastebud OG.... Here's the description

Original Diesel is Chem91 by all accounts. I've just put some f2s made using a different mother in to germinate. F2s using the mother i have are in the works.

I'm amazed nobody has asked you about your cut of cheese bro,,,the weird thing about the brightside cheese clone is I only gave it that name after I dumped it...at that point nobody had it and nobody knew the name brightside apart from the old crew who knew him,,, so how can yours be named the brightside cheese clone? ,,,there are only a few people in the world who could validate an nobody has seen a brightside clone in yonks,,,seem like someone who was not part of our little cheese click from back in the day has been naming clones wrongly,,,I say this because only a few people have the right to judge a clone to be brightsides cheese an even then I'd say get a second opinion from someone who was there

Yes... smells like its been replaced by blues round me, that waxy fruity taste is gone.
Original diesel is the daywrecker clone with the diesel part being popularised by the ecsd clone,,,,the Chem91 clone is from Chemdog and joe brand ,,possibly something to do with floridas crippy weed,,,,,so I've heard,,, chem91 and the crippy is something older and more special than the daywrecker clone,,,but I could be wrong,,, chem 91 is number 1 on my most wanted clones list ,,,SFV being 2nd,,,daywrecker is much lower down my list,,
but fuk knows what's what really,,,this is my personal experience ,,
I've had many mass crosses! ,,most notably the FFA clone featured in high times and I can tell you Chem91 is nothing like mass,,,chem91 X mass would be be amazing btw,,,the mass gives a lovely bubble up calax structure,,,the mass really is a fabulous mother for fem crosses I must say!!
I had a batch of S1 seeds from chem91 a few years back and from just 5 seeds I found one of the best clones I've ever smoked,,5 Fukin seeds,,,that was the MyOg clone,,,grown well it was like a Chemmy og,,but not like new og's it's like bubbapre 98 with a dark chewy Chemmy yummyness ,,,I really wish people would have kept that clone going,,,I remember buff kept it the longest,,, it had the tendancy to show polymorphism so I bet loads of people never got what I saw from it,,,really Chemmy goodness going on with chem91 s1's I must say!!
I've grown a good few ecsd clones too and I can tell you MyOg was totally different,,,with ecsd only having a faint faint very faint whiff of what chem really is all about,,

Thanks man. I wonder how much of what available today is a descendent from the Chem family's clones, a fair chunk I'd say.
The OD cut I keep has a orange, coffee, earthy kush flavour and no ceiling. I've not grown anything like it since even from the same cross.

Unfortunately things are becoming very removed from what we had just a few years back,,,it's only a few very old clones that hold some of the traits we cry about,,an once they are gone it's all gone!!
If the chem91 clone wasn't so unique I wouldn't want it,,I wouldn't spend my nights writing on the Internet boohooing into my iPad about some long lost plants,but I believe the 91 to be very very special,,,is it worth all the wet tissues ??,,,yeh,,it's makes my tissues moist as fuk!!
I think a good few things came from crippy and bubba,,,91 being a direct descendent of the crippy,,,the bubba and crippy were grown by old timers and preserved in seed for many generations,,,it's them old dudes who got landraces from the hippy trails,,,that's what started everything in the USA ,,
Ecsd has got a lot of the mass in there,,,,ecsd is manly mass and DNL I believe it was called,,,ecsd has only a slight wiff and a touch of chem look in there,,,really not so Chemmy imo,,
Chem D has that beef funk but its fukall like the 91 s1 I've had,,so I'm pinning hopes for that real Chemmy yummyness on the 91 or maybe the crippy one day
