Love those green mounds every time I see them.

Did you adjust your watering again, at all? Getting chilly down there, too, I bet.

there were a couple cold nights last week but its been really hot for a while now. watering about 40gal per plant every day, some days a bit more or less depending on how moist the ground is

Bro, that BBHP! You were so right, that plant is better than a B+. Been seeing samples coming out of my deps that are dead on blue dream, and some really unique BD influenced yet denser, more resinous buds. Really nice plant, and some of mine are getting close to harvest. Great job man, girl is a cutie also.

yah the bbhp crushed it again. cant wait to see them all finish. prob start chopping by the first of october if not sooner. theres one pheno , which i had one of last year as well, which is shorter and stockier than the others but grows the most enormous buds ive ever seen; basketballs and footballs... last year one bud was so big it actually got mold! thats quite a feat out here under the nuclear sun.

might check out symbiosis next weekend with that lady if i can get qualified help to watch my farm for a couple days. I always get uneasy around harvest. time to step up security. might put up some barb wire. def more cameras. did some target practice today just to make sure all my old tools still work. still, rippers rarely get caught... especially with my luck

Speaking of big buds, thanks for the Legend OG X SL suggestion. All of them are doing great and have the biggest colas in the garden. Maybe give it a try next year? itd be cool to see what it does in your garden.

Some of those colas are pretty far outside of your support system - will you be adding more trellis or do you just let them hang ?

I see some yellowing in the last photo. Did that just start? Was it another only water year for you? I feel like though we had the same soil, iit's your solid watering that makes it work so well. Ifumbled on that front.

Ahahahaha I just scrolled to the right on My phone on that last photo and saw your wingnut ass.

Well you can't expect the help to make sure no ones creepin that's your job and you make your own luck. Do not leave for the next month then enjoy the next 4 with no worry or regret

i feel you. might go though. my friend is really on point, probably more paranoid than i am and he knows my property well. got a nice pit bull too that he can bring if i ask. it's only three days and the campsite is only an hour away and there is cell service so i can check in anytime and return home if needed. i figure anything that happens to him would probabably happen to me and he would know how to handle it, so the only real issue i can see needing to be here for is if the cops show up randomly, although who really knows...

I knew that one would do well. I am growing Zelda from Swampboys Seeds this year and it has the same Legend OG mother, very hardy plant, super perky and i can already tell it's going to produce some big rock-hard OG buds. I would love to try the Legend OG x Snow Lotus if i can get my hands on some seeds! but if not then I already have a lot of stuff to work with

i'm still putting up nets, but almost everything is done. some sagging is expected i guess. it's really hard to put nets over everything at this stage especially on the steep hill.

a couple plants have yellowing but most are looking very nice. that big one in the picture is in a mix of vermifire, coots mix, and my new soil mix from TheOutlawTree. it's probably all out of balance but i think that plant will still yield ok. I will send in some soil tests and see how it compares to some of the healthier plants[QUOTEAhahahaha I just scrolled to the right on My phone on that last photo and saw your wingnut ass.[/QUOTE]sorry bout that :huggg:

Either that or screws in his undies..... Wait...... I mean.........

No seriously, that picture could be on the cover of any cannabis mag. Best picture of the year, on the entire site, IMO. I love your property.

You still have much to learn grasshopper , maybe next year !?

Your stack is on point but your number of bud sites is not , you needed to do more pull downs!

Yea that AOG night photo is great.

Is that Gogi exhibiting what people call typical OG structure with higher internodal space and hard smaller buds? Do you find the phenos with that structure do actually yield less in general or if grown right they make up for it with more bud sites?

Cat, what do you mean exactly by pull downs? This year I tried pulling a lot of branches nearly horizontal through the trellis. Havebt been doing this long enough to know if it made a difference. But is that what you mean?

yah that one is very OG dominant. and you are correct with the latter statement, the big stretchy ones like that usually yield as much or more than everything else. those buds fill out significantly by the time harvest rolls around, and there's a lot of them..

i think that's what he means. he can explain it better but basically just constantly pulling branches down/outward during veg to create a wider plant with more space to fill in.

Definitely wasn't on top of that like i should have been. i'm loooking forward to making some improvements next season. More training, more testing, better soil, spring greenhouse, gopher baskets.... all those things come to mind.

this is looking like my best season so far though, like i told you i'm very happy with my plant health. havent' seen a single spot of PM yet and last year it was everywhere.

It's exciting that i still have so much room to grow, so to speak, as a farmer. I think in this climate it could be possible to get 300LBs from 24 plants if everything is perfect. And i havent even started on the year-round greenhouse trip! whole new worlds await...
