Schrew what kind of bloom nutrients are you using? how often do you apply them?
We arent using anything really, the only thing we've done is top dress the pots with Dr Earth's Flower Girl (dry mix), just one time a couple weeks ago. Everything else was mixed into the soil at the beginning of the season.

I'm not saying it's a good thing to do without. Our plants could definitely be healthier but overall everything looks good.

we would have liked to try some other techniques and products this season but the budget didn't allow. Next year we plan to be a bit more scientific like some of the other big plant farmers on here.

Solo's Stash in a 400 gallon.

this one only got about 8 ft tall, the other ones stretched more

starting to put on some big chunky super frosty, creamy-smelling colas.

Hey Bro. Earlier in the year I remember you mentioning that you were filling some of your smarties with 2 and maybe 4 plants. How did that work out for you and do you think it is better than a single? I can see the advantage that if one plant does not make it you have either one or three more to do the job. Let us know and thanks.

It was a great idea. We double planted our cherry pies and also triple-planted one pot with 3 seed plants, they really haven't crowded each other much, and helps insure a decent yield from each pot without having to rely on the performance of a single plant. Damn these plant limits!!! The only problem is if a compliance check comes, will they be able to tell that there is more than one plant per pot? But that hasnt happened to us yet and harvest is coming soon soon, so i think we are out of the woods.

Anyway here is my advice on the subject, i'm really stoned hope it makes sense:

-triple plant instead of double plant. triple fills out pots better and looks more like one plant.

-use the same cuts, if you have different things in one pot it will be obvious especially once they start to bud.

-don't use a cage for each plant it is too obvious, instead drape a single net for them to grow through, then put a single big cage around the pot

-stretchy strains will disguise more easily.

-plant early enough that they can get big and really grow together/look like one plant.

Okay Bro, your in the frying pan now. How about a report on yield with the 2x or 3x plants per pot -v- a single plant. Personally, I think there are advantages and since you are one of the trailblazers in that arena this year, keep us posted if you will please. Thanks.

we dont have the same strains single planted and multi-planted so the results will not be very scientific, but I will let ya know what i think after harvest.

4 plants per usually yields 15 to 20 percent more. I did all 4 packs in 2011. There isn't much trail to blaze in this outdoor growing trip.

lol, for real. Some of the shit that comes out of his mouth is so pretentious. My favorite quote is, "most people online see me with a lab jacket on". LOL!!!! One second he says he is doing next level shit, then the next there is no more trail to blaze. I guess he blazed all the trails in the canna game?

Another contradictory statement from BYF? First he loves EWSF, now he wants a new mix. Kind of like how he recommended Envirotech for greenhouses, yet he is shopping for new companies. The more I read about this guy, the more I realize he is just a smart guy with lots of bullshit coming out of his mouth. Kind of like the little brother that tries to impress all the older brothers friends.

Sorry to call you out BYF, but you really need to learn how to treat others.

multi plant pots is just like growing in flower beds just a different shape, its great for late starts. I planted 4per 150gallon pot in july and they caught up or passed the singles planted in june. def worth it with late starts.
I think the choppers can only count the pots from the sky may be harder to see how many per pot though.

I laughed so hard when I read that about the lab jacket! I'm thinking more like big stupid shoes, huge necktie, and rolling around the garden on a unicycle, juggling his herb lol. Keep doing ya thing schrews your garden looks better than most around my woods.
