I wont comment on the case itself. But Im damn tired of how the courts and cops play the "what if" game. Meaning that anytime something happens they always bring up "Well he could have died that night" or "He could have lost his job". So what? HE DIDNT die or lose his job so why is that a court argument? Ive had that same argument used against me in the past and it's always trumped up way bigger than the reality of the situation. Its funny to me how an illegal debate tactic is perfectly acceptable in a court of law with due process rights.
