But then your strain will definitely die with you. And nobody will remember you.

Wouldn't it be otherwise great to see now growreports, people praising the Hempy 78Thia? Where you can enter the threads and comment about what you see? Even earn a buck or two by selling it through Seedbay.

Even after you have left the planet, people will still be showing off their Hempy Thai plants and remembering and praising you. If you want an example, then look into Afropips his Malawi Gold strain, after his passing it was taken in by The Real Seed Company and being reproduced with full credits being given to Afropips.

How you want to leave the planet? Being remembered or not?

Personally I want a pack of your seeds, but I can get other uncrossed pure landrace Thai's (from trusted sources) as well. The RSC for example.
(Maybe I can go and bug Donald too about what he's hiding in those Tupperware boxes of his...)

And no, corporate cannabis gives no shit about landrace strains, only afficionados like me and preservation groups like The RSC and those several other underground groups. And even if it ends up in individuals their hands you don't like, at least you got payed for it then by selling them through Seedbay.
As said before, those people can also now get Thai strains from other trusted sources. And start growing and/or breeding with Thai's tomorrow if they want to.

But also other (public) groups like The Landrace Team has several Thai's. I think they have 3 different up for sale at the moment. https://www.tltseeds.com/

Keep also an eye on Alchimia, they have a direct connection with The Underground Seed Collective preservation group.

Also there are other public and underground groups. Maybe you can browse IG too, but that wouldn't be recommended, they don't have that credibility that those preservation groups have.

Dunno it came through Smokin Moose .
It was labeled Kush / Mullum / Thia . I grew it in 2016 / 17 .

I also got a G13 Hawaiian as a smooth over for getting robbed by RIMMEO .

RIMMEO was robbing Nevil as well . It took me complaining about it for Nevil to realise that his old buddy was a thief . RIMMEO told me there must be a problem with the mail service . He told Nevil the same about his money he was sposed to send back to him too . lol .

I asked Nevil to replace the seeds that RIMMEO ripped me for . He said it wasn`t his problem .
I thought differently as when I asked him re Grail Seeds he told me RIMMEO had them and he was his old buddy .
But then took no responsibility when his old buddy robbed a bunch of people while selling Nevil`s seeds .

Going by what was posted Rimmeo hacked Nevil's work and so did others i don't now how any one can expect Nevil to be responsible for what others did.

People attacked him publicly yet behind the seen the same people were hacking and trading and ripping Nevil's work off but Nevil's the bad guy okay.

The G13 Hawaiian was far from good i trashed the plants i grew of it.

As for Moosey i liked him but i was disappointed to hear he was passing out the NH21 clone he was given to use and keep as a back up for Nevil.So in short he also did the wrong thing by Nevil and did not keep his ward.

Kush / Mullum / Thia - its possible Moosy got a cross of the MM x Thia but that is not the MM x 78Thia.

Cvh the mm x 78Thia is not my strain Nevil made it so how is it any of my responsibility ?.

The Thai was given to me and it came with conditions many years ago and like it or not i am honoring my ward to the person i received it from.

I have past the strain onto others friends and friends of friends and some of there uncles away from the net so no it wont end with me.

Nevil's work is safely stored and i was told in time all of it and there is a lot of it will be made available to all that want it.

There is no point in not releasing it if it will be released later. Just putting it off really. There is not going to be a way to dna copyright your strain that really works. They just change a couple dna points and then market their 'own' brand or ignore copyrights.

People are not going to be better in the next 20 years and more deserving of these genetics. Still, you will hold on to it I am sure. Suit yourself. ThaiBliss seems a worthy recipient of this kind of thing.

Dubi said a while back they'll be doing some pure thai strains in the future but they are busy working with older landraces first. Sounds very exciting.

Cvh i made this post because i wanted people to know the facts and that in no way discredits what they have got /or traded and received in the way of early work Nevil did in any way.

The MM x Gypsy Thai or the MM x Reeferman Swiss Thai would still be worth growing.

As i have posted all of Nevil's Grail work including the MMx78Thia will be offered in time by the person who has been in trusted with his work.

If it was to be released by a certain person or persons to be profitable to them, then it would make sense. Initially there will be a demand from the original sellers and later not so much as everything is taken by opportunists and exploited.

there all nice, but never had a real good one from a seed bank

Ther is no picture of the 78 that ive seen from anyone but hempy....I haven't seen anyone put up a picture of the mm78 either apart from nevil's picture.....can you point us to were you saw the picture...or better still post the picture here please
