It's because the population is low per area.mostly laborers working hard in the country and not much drugs and such.although Rockford is about over an hour away.that place is worse than chicago. The larger the population living in a area the less they value each other. Crime levels are lower in places with lower population density.

Not genetics colored people do just fine in my area. Now you go into the ghetto well that culture is completely different.

I'd think colored people are killed more often per capita just because more of them live in the crime infested ghettos I couldn't imagine being a cop in the ghetto, everyone hates them. I don't like cops much myself but I'm at least respectful as most people are in the mountains I know them by their first name I know their family just overall much more peaceful. Never heard of a cop shooting anyone or being shot in my area, can't say the same about the ghettos.

probably because most cops that work in the "ghettos" are not from those areas. they have no community representation like you have for example in rural mountain towns where every one knows your name.

I've lived up and down the East coast I have seen many ghettos. I started selling drugs at the age of 14 first from the ghettos later from the higher ups that didn't live in the ghettos. My father was diagnosed with cancer when I was 14 dead by 16 I had to make my own money and I was too young to get a real job.

I live in the mountains now it was not always the case I had to make my own money, buy my own land, build my own house. My mother has MS she couldn't afford to raise me. I became the man of the house because I had no other option.

Sure I live in the mountains but it was a long hard road from the gutter and in that ghetto you must not only be smart but ruthless. To earn respect you must be feared I'm a middle aged man no longer a boy.

I know plenty about the ghettos full of rat bitches and shyster mother fuckers thank you very much.
