Curious if you guys feed every time you go out, or just if they look hungry? Ive been dumping some water/fert on them every time I go out, which is usually once every week or two. My photos look deficient to me, but some of my autos seem like they might be overfed, cupping leaves, etc.

i only feed mine 1 time a week. i also do a few other things though that will give them time release slow nutes like earthworm castings, bat guano, insect frass and a few cups of happy frog and ocean forest each month. what feed do u use?

Autos are smaller plants, they don't tolerate nutes like bigger plants do. Also each strain is different.

I use water soluble ferts as my only real source of food, so I mix em in every time I water, which is about once a week.

Ive been kinda switching between activated teas and chem fertilizers, flora nova series. Checked some autos I put in a corn field today, they were planted directly as seed in a row that didnt get planted, when the corn was about knee high. They havent been getting enough light, so I knocked down the stalks on either side of them and also dumped some ferts on them today. not sure if they will amount to anything to, cuz the corn is pretty tall...

I dumped some activated tea on my mephistos today. made in a 5 gallon jug with rain water, 1 cup alfalfa meal and 2 cups compost and 1/2 cup organic black soil from my garden, bubbled for 2 days in my garage.
These are starting to frost up pretty good, hoping they grow for a while still, they are about 60 days above soil, planted directly as seeds also.

Update of my female hbss x MD cornfield plants. Its been HOT and DRY for several weeks now. Dumped about 1/2gal of fert water on each one again this morning. They are growing but not sure if they will fill in much, not a lot of sun for the poor gals in this location...

My mephisto field of dreams is turning out better than I expected, they are about 10 weeks from seed and I harvested 3 of them today that didnt have many white hairs left, some are still going strong tho, they are all on plain water right now. Hope they put on some more weight, but they look really good right now as they are.

Flash really shows how white they are. By far the frostiest plants I have ever grown.

My OGS photos are chugging along, the soil isnt great where they are located and deficiencies are showing. Still they arent doing badly...

Close up of purple stem top.

Im still spraying one branch on these with STS, hoping for a reversal to get some fem seeds for next year. Also I pollinated a couple bottom branches with some Toof Decay feminized pollen I had in my freezer and I have at least a few seeds growing from that, so they should be photo's also....

I agree they are, unfortunately at my 'field of dreams' site I dont know which varieties are planted where, because I marked them on my GPS but its not accurate enough to pinpoint the location each is at because its not accurate enough and the map keeps moving around :S
Here are some plants from a different location, they arent growing as large but they are looking pretty good anyway, not as much light here and I think not as much ground water, so they need more care than I have been providing. These I know what is where at least...

Mephisto Triangle Kush, top bud bent over but was splinted and now is super fat.

Mephisto Chemdogging X Sour Bubbly (freebies)

Mephisto Sour Orange Diesel Kush

These were all planted directly to the ground from seed at the same time the Field of Dreams plants were....

Dumped some AACT on my OGS photos last night, mixed up a new batch of sts cuz the stuff I was using is 6 months old and not doing much. Sprayed them again with the fresh stuff. I pulled off most fan leaves that were dead or significantly yellowing.

Pulled my OGS photos yesterday, actually just chopped the top half. Bottoms werent as done and some branches were pollinated to make some fem seeds for next year so gonna give them a few more weeks to ripen. I didnt take any field pics, but here are some pics after a quick trim job. 3 were Cindys Blue Cheese (left in hanging photo) and one is Amnesia Hashplant(right side). All finished early enough for where I live, which Im glad about. I tried growing photos in the past and they didnt finish in time...

Also checked/watered my corn field plants about 5 days ago and they are looking really nice, didnt have a camera but I plan to chop them sometime in the next week. Will be sure to take some pics and post them when I do. Buds are very foxtailed, but thats expected with parents being HBSS x Moby Dick. I didnt think they would get enough light to amount to much, but they have surprised me. They were planted direct to soil from seed around july 1, watered and sprayed for bugs just a couple times. Gonna do the corn thing again in the future, being protected from high winds I think helps them turn out nice looking.

Grabbed the last of my for smoke plants the other day. These were a real surprise cuz they were from seeds I made and turned out really nice. They are autoflowers, mephisto HBSS x Dinafem Moby Dick, they are not feminized and I didnt pull males quite early enough so there are some seeds near the stem, but not many, maybe 15 or 20 per plant. They all grew to close to 3ft tall and frost on these is really good as you can see in the pictures. They grew great in the corn field, even with relatively little light. Guessing maybe 6 hours a day direct light on average.

Here is a distance shot of my girls to give you some perspective.

Single plant, there are 6 total...

Indoor shot of a top cola, partially trimmed.

Group shot hanging to dry... got sick of close trimming so left sugar leaves on some.

All I have left to grab is the bottom halves of my OGS photos which were self pollinated to grow fem seed for next year. Ill give them another week or so probably, depending on weather. Gonna have a lot of feminized Cindys Blue Cheese and Amnesia Hashplant x Cindys Blue Cheese for the future!!! I love seeds!

Just so I'm correct, you sprouted them in the cornfields dirt? Or inside and straight out? Either way it looks good.

Overnight soak in grapefruit seed extract water and then planted straight to field. Each one given about 1/2 cup of water at planting time.

Im pretty much done, but I got some freebie photo seeds from Mephisto that I tried outdoors. They started flowering late so I pulled all but the nicest one, thinking they would never amount to anything. Normally we would have at least one hard freeze already, but this year is unusual. I hadnt been out to check on this girl for a while now and was hoping to be happily surprised. Ive dealt with deer damage before, branches eaten, but never like this. Evidently a rutting whitetail buck decided to use my plant as an antler rub... Doesnt look good.

Tops appear to be ok, but with all the bark rubbed off the trunk of the plant, I doubt they will mature well...

Really nice thread and great outcome.. For future ref the cupping canoeing leaves is usually a heat issue. I suppose with it being an outdoor gorilla grow it would be difficult to rectify
