I would love to see some of that Mikado cross, I have not really known anyone else to grow it.

I had two pheno's a bit back, one was mostly fruity, berry flavors, with a little spice in the background. The other pheno was very spicy and had hints of the berry flavor, both were amazing to grow and good yield.

I have some crosses that I am growing now, but not much to show.

i was also curious about the m.u.r.d.a. just some recent pics. first one is about a week before my recent harvest. PPP ran to 74 days. second is a couple before harvest pics, third is a finished product pic. and the last few are my veg i have goin. more ppp clones, vanilla kush,pineapple chunk,lemon skunk and flower power(auto)

thank you. it has a pretty relaxing mellow high. i dig it but im ready for a different taste. they were ran in botanicare readygro moisture formula, with botanicare cns17 grow/ripe/bloom/LK/hydroplex/sweet. recently switched over to AN sensi a/b grow/bloom with bud candy. just felt like botanicare wasnt pushin them as far as they could have gone

I didnt know Botanicare made a soil mix. How is it? Pretty good? Is it peat based?
Do you think they were undernuted with the botanicare regimen, is that why youre switching to AN? Sounds like you had a pretty complete regimen with the botanicare. Are you hoping for bigger/better buds with Advanced Nutrients?

Na booey ive never tried lemon skunk yet,its just a name that stuck years ago when i first got into growing.

And as for the mikado2 x blueberry jam,1 has a spicey scent and the other smells of grape or berries.But im sure after crossed to f13xchem4 they should mostly come out berry/grape with maybe a little hint of lemon/spice.Also as soon as they finish up I'll be sure to send some in as freebies along with a few other x's ive made over the summer.peace

snowdog bx-alpha k* They both share a similar aroma, nice stinky, skunky, fuely undertones with the snowdog, quite evident, but a more fruity and bubblegum type of aroma is more prevalent. the smells blend nicely, though, one not overpowering the other...

Me OG bromigo finally gots back to me on some info on Purple Indica..
yeah its clone only, id say 15-20 yrs old, it came outta pacific northwest, not the same as ultra violet that some people claim it to be. imho i think it the mother of most of the cali purple strains ,, klye kushman was working with it some yrs ago, when he had seeds of it but they are long gone. i think it is old pakistan ibl , but who knows. one of my og buddies wants it back, hes been asking me to get it for him for some time .

Phil, that K2 looks like a good hashplant: a good yielder and frosty as heck.
Those Purple Indica cola's look terrific as well. You're very blessed to have an heirloom strain from the Pac NW...

Truth: the snowdog and chemdog look great. I like the colors; the gradual yellowing is a sign that youve been slowly N depleting them, isnt it, without starving them outright?

Lemon, are you going to name any of your crosses? Because mikado x blueberry jam x f13 x chem4 might be too much of a mouthful, lol...

Ya booey its a pretty big mouthful for sure lol.Im try'n to think of some as we speak(any ideas would be great).I took a few seeds from both mikado#2 x blueberry jam's last night and i got the blue smell on both.They are all pretty seeded up even though i was hoping for not alot of seeds on them since i know the f13xchem#4's are full of them, but oh well atleast i'll have alot to send in.

Ya i think im going to go with chem17/or chem f for the f13xchem4 and mikado blue/or mikado jam for mikado2 x blueberry jam,atleast thats all ive came up with so far lol.peace

We always got tired of calling it Mikado so we just nicknamed her Miki, pronounced "Mickey" like the mouse.

Miki blue has a kinda nice ring, Miki Jam, Miki-blue jam, I dunno.

Blueberry Jam is Northern Lights x Blueberry? You could call it Miki Blue North, or Northern Blue Miki, etc...

This is my poor attempt to help.

Does anybody know the lineage of Mikado?

Here's a couple pix of the f13 x chem4 girls ive been working on.They got flushed today and i should be harvesting them around the first week of jan.Im going to sample some lower buds over xmas,that is if there not all seeded up like the mickey blue's were.
