Results: The results of suspension tests with 3 × 105 and 2 × 107 CFU/ml of B. subtilis spore concentration demonstrated that the higher spore counts lead to lower efficacy of 7% H2O2. Also, the sporicidal activity of 7% H2O2 was reduced in the presence of interfering substances. Bovine serum albumin, yeast, and skimmed milk showed similar interfering effects in suspension test with 3 × 105 CFU/ml. While, in suspension tests with higher initial spore count (2 × 107 CFU/ml) severity of interfering effects were intensified and distinct. Our results indicated that the carrier sporicidal test in comparison with suspension tests required more contact time to kill B. subtilis spores.

Neem + Bacillus amyloliquefaciens scheint meine Mütter seit Wochen auch Mehltaufrei zu halten. Meine Erfahrung ist aber ziemlich wertlos im Vergleich zu der Studie, da ich hier keine Kontroll-Gruppe habe. Kann auch von alleine weggegangen sein, oder weil ich Silikat in der NL habe, oder sonst was.

Sorry nicht böse gemeint wusste bloß nicht wohin mit dem Post fürs erste aber wollte jetzt nicht direkt wieder ne Petrischalen Grundsatzdiskussion anfangen zumal gerade h2o2 überhaupt nicht mien gebiet ist.

Ich zitiere dich später wieder in den Mehltau thread zurück dann kannst du das mit @Herbal-Essence ja diskutieren.

Vergess dabei nicht das es in dem Abschnitt überhaupt nicht um Fungizide oder neem oder so geht sondern der eher in richtung blüte geht.

Das was du da gepostet hast würde ich nicht nach Blütetag 14 sprühen wenn überhaupt müsste ich erstmal nachlesen und außerdem weil Bleiche bei 2-3 Petrischalen Pilzstrains ne schlechte Wirkung hatte würde ich es nicht pauschal abschreiben.
