The land I'm looking at if I slide for 45 miles I dont care...it's as flat as a pancake and NO clay within 200 miles of me..just dirt with good drainage....I'm really not worried at all.

4wd in Cali Sierra Nevada mountains (or even the coastal ones where I am ATM) are almost a must have...farmland in the greal alfalfa fields of Fallon....not so much. I'll get the 4wd next year if I really feel I need it.

I've had 4wd's their nice, I like the one I picked out just fine for me.

Bad news: I had to go through significant financial devestation to my personal finances during the last 6 years, my almost dying about 4 times bleeding out didn't help either (large medical bills). I am now 100 disabled but my credit to be frank: sucks.

I lost the truck....I'm kinda depressed atm...I had read through this "loan shark rate" online bank (RoadLoan.com) and had gone through all their requirements, pre-figured what I could afford and by THEIR pre-loan information thought I could do it and figured in a down payment and taxes....well what I thought would be a little over $1K turned into $2.5K so I'm short...again...owner will only hold the truck for 48 hours and it's such a steal it will be gone today.

NOW all my plans are on hold ...again.....(sigh)....this is when I feel like giving up......but a little good news......I've been given the green light to provide seeds and clones at the largest and best dispo in SC so theirs that....maybe I can wrestle up 2K with all these fucking seeds I have here

Well good day today, listed my old Ford on CL..hopefully I'll move it soon. I'll loose money BUT make a lot more with the newer truck though.....was taking / exchanging clones (I actually traded some Black Lime clones for some herb and a Critical Hawg cut lol I love this town)....soo also I was ckeanign up the mini greenhouse and one of my SSH's (Super Silver Haze) was just one large bud (lol I like a few others planted clones a BIT too early so re-vegging taking place and it is SLOW)

Anybody got some bag seeds they dont want? I'm serious I'm pheno hunting..shoot me a PM

I was in Nevada for 3 days and was offered at "least" 3 jobs every day I was their BOTH in the legal MMJ business and normal "square" jobs...I am just amazed what is happening in NV.

Oh and I "might" have an opportunity to interview for "head grower" of a 18K square foot, Gavita filled, legal indoor grow..............................the ONLY one in a certain county $

UPDATE ; Just got call from the owner of 1700+ acres (FYI I've been staying in Nevada the last 2 weeks, I've been looking at 40 acres lots and have not been posting and probably WILL NOT post anything close to "regularly"

Anyway the ONE plot I liked the most was in "default" it is a singlularly beautiful 40 acres on top of a good aquifier (you MUST drill at leasty 100 feet "health code) but water is at 80' = cheap drilling cost's. That is 47.9 acres I have views of 4 different mountains an no neighbors as far as the eye can see.
