Tyou for taking the time to do this thread. I am shit for skills at carpentry, and your words empowered me to try. A week or so back when I first saw this thread. I googled med man tables. Then watched the videos. Since that time. I have been able to speak to MM, and his words were kind, and with the thread, and the backing of some good people here. I am hoping soon to make a go at it. Have been a fan of your threads. As well I have learned a lot. Keep it up bro, and here's to an overwhelming trim job ahead...lol. Best to you...

I've read most of the thread but am still not sure what I'm looking at. Is this basically a top feed modified NFT table system? I know when I was using rock-wool cubes in my DWC net pots I wouldn't want the rock-wool to get wet during flower, if so I was inviting stem rot. 1

People run top feeds with rw, you would just have to modify the feed times. I assume these guys are using rocks but you could use coco or rw or whatever.

Has anyone plumbed in where there is a constantly returning pump with a spray bar to spread it out across the table or are these just maintained from the runoff of the feeds?

Nft is fun, you can add t to a lot of systems. I don't know about 80 degree res temps but I do know that nft is more forgiving of temp then dwc with a comparable growth rate.

I ran orgsnic dwc hybrid plants one time (5 gallon with a net pot of soil in the lid) they blew up, but without plumbing them all together and putting them in a chiller it wouldn't work. Nft might possibly be a good fit for that same style of system.

You could do a pretty big room with 4 of these tables and the way they are building the res's you would only need two. Those little 1/10 chillers would do a res like that and 2 of them is cheap for the size of the table. I see huge advantages in that you can do a big room without buying much hydro specific gear. Somebody pointed out that these don't look like much disassembled, I like that, stack the tops under the tables, and just toss it in a trailer, move it in or out no problem. No one thinks about that shit till they have to break everything down for whatever reason.

Tops are all yellow and ugly as fuck....

Cant be from nutrients or lockout, my shit is on perfection...

Either light is too bright...

Or blocking the ac from going between the plants and lights, fried em...

Not sure if they can come back...

May just pull them and start over...

I did notice u rocking 3- 1000 over that 4by 8 table ,may be tooo much light ?,, my have got lumen burn ?, I usually run 3-600 over 4by8 or 2 1000 ...., hope u can salvage his round , I notice the system works best when the plants are lollipoped very extremely , leaving only the mains,.... Ive been running these for years -non stop , so I like to help ya if I can , how r roots looking?, what nutes u giving em 3 part plus BB ?

U got a thermometer at canopy height, that will tell u if its light intensity or heat. But its probably both problems. what size light u using there and whats the distance from lens to canopy? Sorry about the mis hap for ya. What don't kill us teaches us not to do it again. gl

i have ran 3 1000 over a 4x8 before. 24 inches above canopy at all times. no issues, i have never actually seen plants like tht before. trippy

Are those cool tubes vented out side and are you running some oscillating fans over the top of the canopy. Check for a bad reflection of any foiled faced insulation too. Your set up is awesome , its probably just a small adjustment. Canopy temps are were to concentrate on.

I would keep going and just fix the problem. You will get perfection next time around.

Let em keep rocking luckily it wasn't the ogs, Bd is a tough gal and will still provide you with plenty of quality meds.

I think I used to use reflectix for ac deflection, a small flap is easily moved by the air but still slows it down considerably.

But you just gotta make the decision on what's gonna happen next and get to it! No days to waste crying about it, especially with the growth those tables put out EVERY day.
