Could have made use of a second balcony I have,and,even re pot,but things would get out of order and jail time

My neighbour's complain to the local council, will be something on the line "his plant is blocking my sun"

Watering(2 x nutrient feeds, big ones, only),fresh air, sun,shade
Balcony was used for holidays, "relaxing","charging the batteries" for many many years
It's my third year of growing, third outdoor, and,all is sweet and tall!
