youth can't "sign-on" until they are 18 in the UK. so such schemes fill the gap between 16-18 that would otherwise be taken up by the youths claiming "bridging allowance"... a bastard scheme that serves babylon,, no-one else.


if you hadn't realised, the UK gov. are slowly militarizing the state,, and its control,,, meanwhile our youth still earn more money flipping quarter-ounces than they ever will quarter-pounders!!!
