I'm impressed :) I'm thinking you should be able to see preflowers on some plants already? You definitely have a nice basis for breeding there.

love?

Awesome grow I am putting some out in the corn field this year too, hopefully I will have some out in about 2 weeks.

I have been following this thread closely to take que's of where my plants should be compared to yours, because although we are very far away from each other, the corn in my area is maybe 3 inches or so tall and seems to be were yours is at too, also same type of climate.

Everything is looking good for you, can't wait to watch your massive grow, and maybe next year i can do something like that.

tnx for all the positive vibe guys

icetoker:
i cant wait either for massive bud porn in the corn
but until the corn grows tall it will be limited what i can do regarding getting pics unless i get a night cam
taking pix with flash in the middle of a corn field at night with corn not very tall is a major security risk and endangering my grow there
but ill see what i can do in order to get some pix after they have been transplanted and before i can take some daytime shots
from end July its possible though with some care as the corn gets a little height and you can take some shots kneeling after having scouted the villagers are a sleep and no cars are passing
but its an option you have to use with care as such a flash can be seen far away and if a farmer sees that in the middle of a nearby field in the middle of the night and theres no rain or lightning, he might want to check it out

but for now they are growing in the greenhouse and ill make an update again soon
the plan was today but the massive rain has made me change to other duties

I've been following this thread since day 1. I've already got a few doing GREAT in the corn! I now believe why you must mark exactly where they are, took me a little while just to find my own. lol

Thanks Gunnar!!

well i thank you back for the vibes :joint:

regarding marking them
he, i learned that the hard way last year
i used 8 diferent fields and for that reason kept the same number of rows as a count
but in one or two of the fields i didnt mark the exact entrance angle in to the fields
i was running around in there like crazy trying to find them again
corn really hides it perfectly and if you make them bland in properly they are also hard to spot from the air

its about time now here to put them out, meaning safe from herbicides, but i think the corn is still too low here and since they grow faster in the greenhouse then the corn is growing out on the fields i wait till corn gets a little taller so its more safe to plant them out while being able to hide behind the corn while working in the fields

when i feel its safe to plant them out its not a problem if the cannabis have grown higher then the corn

a fellow canna/corn grower told me he had very good results cutting lower branches off and giving the cut areas some root hormone and then digging them deeper in the soil instead

cut ares then turns into roots
deeper buried plants means deeper roots and larger root mass in total
again meaning bigger plants and more tolerant to dry periods

plants are growing fine in the greenhouse ( an update later tonight)
a few of the last transplanted are still smaller then the corn but the heat from the greenhouse and the added nutrients are helping a lot
most of the plants are now taler than corn

despite having to use early genetics i think corn as guerrilla growing is far superior to anything else ( here)
this of course might be different if in an area with no corn fields or many flyovers
but if you make them blend into the corn then they should be hard to spot from the air
remember growing in forests and swamps might also be hard to hide plants from the air

I thought my plants were gone bc of how clean the corn field floor really is. What I used to spot herbacide usage was look for corn about the right height as you stated earlier and watch for the grass and weeds to all of a sudden turn yellow between the rows.. then waited a couple more weeks. :)

Can't wait till you get em all in the ground!!!
