Massachusetts Outdoor

Hey friends! Wanted to share my news! Harvested today the first half of my organic plant! my 33litres backpack could only fit that much :) i was very satisfied, the one week of VERY warm weather did the work for me, its at least week 7-8 of flowering and 80of the hairs turned brown, unfortunately my microsccope broke when i was cleaning it today!
but i could see little fragments through it anyway and i saw some seriously milky trichs and some dark amber ones too!
I washed my buds but was surprised that the water was pretty clean compared to mixed spot.. very little mold... the extensive spraying with horsetail extract all cycle long and last 2 weeks spray greencure once a week did work out on this plant perfectly! smoke for this year is safe!
dont know if i want to harvest the rest of the plant tomorrow morning or if i should try to let it go another week!? it had little moldy spots all over the plant but very very little spots, half bud was biggest spot... lost <5% to mold! :)
wonders happen, after two weeks rain one week summer was here! just smoked one bud from last week and its already good!
for me OD weed has a different effect compared to indoors, its much much more complex and soaring. ID is and will stay only the compromise.
wish you all good luck and i keep on praying and hoping for good weather, who knows whats possible..
btw, one sative leaning plant of this cross is still not flowering, it has white hairs all over but not a single budcluster, its 3meters tall and topped multiple times during veg, its a mystery for me... we have only 12 h of light since one week at least...

Just this guy, ya know?
Nice harvest cook1e! I also have a plant that was started outside by somebody and it is only up to white hairs. I don't think we are gonna get anything off that one before the frosts hit :( And for the mold, I think it's a trade off. The longer you wait the bigger the buds theoretically get, but the more the mold can spread.

Ill be harvesting a bunch of GG4 in 2 days. Been flushing the hell outa them and they are very yellow. Nice tight, dense buds. Not to leafy at all. Looks like indoor. Love the Glue grown outdoors. She is a fantastic outdoor (and indoor) strain.
Im thinking Black Lime Reserve x GG4 (r) would be an epic cross. You ever concider making that Beanz?

That's great the GG4 finishes this early and is top shelf meds. Nice work taking these to the end. Do you feel growing these in bags/containers helps these finish a bit sooner? I may need to track this cut down. The end is in sight for our first legal Ma. Outdoor season. Hope everyone finishes strong and has a good take. I'm really looking forward to next season!

I actually coulda let it go 1 more week to week 10. But at week 9 the Glue was dense and pretty much done being rootbound in the 35 gln growbags. It did help finish them off abit earlier. The caterpillars were raping the hell outa the plants so I couldnt just sit back and watch it dwindle down as all our prize colas went brown with cater' damage just to let it go 1 more week. Next year is cheesecloth.

Harvested both big Glues and the S.O.G yesterday. Got alot of buds hanging that I still gotta go through and cut the rot buds out. Also finding the tiniest little caters' in the buds and killing them. LOTS of work to be done. Still got like 5 medium size plants to harvest and 5 big Glues to harvest by the 10th.
Im already exhausted with all the trimming and hanging Ive done last night.

Its not a baby dress. Its my partners. LOL. The plants just make it look small. These were 8' tall.
Thanx Star. Cant wait till next year. The GG99 with the long tops smells alot like pineapple.

The SLG, GG#4, and Blue Dream are my favs this year. Will be taking the Dream and SLG's in a few days. The Caters' didnt touch the Dream to much. Great strain to use for next year!

Cut some down so I didn't lose it all as I have lost a lot to mold I am guessing from caterpillars boring holes and then it rots. But anyways I got 2 mli 1 has PM on the bottom half the other looks great and then I have a half of plant left of a random indica that looks great. Cutting everything Saturday.

I've been smoking on some bodhi pink lotus I've harvested over the last few weeks, the buds are much different than I'm used to growing indoors for so long. This stuff is fluffy but sticky as hell and surprisingly really potent.

It's been years since I've had local outdoor weed, it brings back such good memories. There is just something so special about local outdoor weed, I just love it.

proper grown local outdoor weed is always the best. fully matured, well flushed, organic if possible, no insect killer sprays in flowering pls

chem feeding can be just as good or even better but if you forget to flush thats a big mistake. need some time to learn to use them correctly. organic feeding is just safer. I know only one brand who produce full organic nutes in liquid form, most of the bottles contains the same chem ferts what you can buy as salts or granulates.
