you're here to argue and cause dissent against people who prefer to inform themselves of the enemy. you seem bent to derail that resolution. immature posturing prick.

I'm here because I'm entitled to be so. I think you might have some luck in keeping folk like me out of your thread by stating in the OP that the particular thread is only for, idk, maybe the 'enlightened' members, you know, the ones who think the govt is out to get them 24/7, because every thread you open or post in is about that exactly.

I saw earlier that you put a link to that fucking wingnut alex jones in the what are you watching thread, did I go and say anything untoward about you or that fucking idiot alex???

no, you have a right to your say even if it consistently only echos alex jones.

So Hank and Stoner4Life. I'm assuming that you two have paid tax on every dime you've ever brought in. Even money made under the table and maybe from selling a sumin sumin now and then? If not, what makes you any different than the guy your demonizing? If you need me to define demonizing for ya just give me a yell.

you're confusing the issue by challenging me on my income tax, we are not talking income tax.

we are talking about a businessman entering into a contract w/the govt and then defaulting on that contract while still using and exhausting those resources. And owing back fees.

I've backed out of only 2 contracts in my life, one was a rental where I paid a penalty to cancel the lease, the other was a lake lot I bought and backed out on. The seller agreed to this because I promised that I had a backup buyer in place, we cancelled our signed purchase agreement w/out penalty & I (a real estate broker) wrote a new p.a. the same day, I even got paid a commission for the sale :)

I'm sure Bundy's sold thousands & thousands of pounds of beef to local residents w/out claiming/paying taxes, as soon as his income tax becomes an issue here resinryder I'll come clean about my cash earnings.......

But if it's owed to the government does it matter where it comes from? Not ok to cheat on one and not the other is it? It's like being unfaithful to your wife/partner. Cheating's cheating whither it's a handy?20.00 or the actual sex act/1.1 mil..
Oh and I wasn't challenging, just making the correlation that cheating on one isn't any different than cheating on the other no matter the amount or circumstances. Just saying...

I respect you, but not your ideals, so that naturally puts us at odds. I'm sure you know I've never called you names or challenged your intelligence in any petty ways.

am I argumentative? no, abrasive is more like it. if 5 points are made by someone, I may disagree with any or all of them, is that an argument? if I'm speaking excitedly or passionately about something I believe in isn't that my right? Give me 5 reasons Bundy is right??? I'm sure to find fault with at least 4 of them.

with the above quote as an exception, EVERY bit of my animosity in this thread was reserved for Bundy and not for you or any other members, I was called names here & yet I don't recall you chastising anyone.

things can get a bit heated but it takes two to argue bro, if you think I'm arguing with someone then I imagine they must be arguing back.

turnabout's fair play, respect is earned, not petitioned.......

Obama Budget Lays Groundwork for Universal Gun Registry

Eric the Lawless
Obama Budget Lays Groundwork for Universal Gun Registry

Gun Owners of America
Gun Owners of America

Washington, DC --(Ammoland.com)- Last Friday, Attorney General Eric Holder testified before a House appropriations subcommittee on behalf of his department’s proposed budget for FY2015.

Apparently, Holder didn’t think anyone would read his written submission, because he all-but-admitted that Obama intends to implement a Universal Gun Registry by executive fiat.

He also asked Congress to help fund so-called “smart gun” technology, which would prevent a gun from firing unless the shooter is wearing an accompanying bracelet or ring.

“Smart guns” are a dumb idea
Given that “smart gun” technology only works about 80 percent of the time – according to the New Jersey Institute of Technology – gun owners almost universally consider this a “dumb” idea.

Even police have rejected the “dumb gun” approach for themselves.

Currently, there are no such guns on the market in the United States. One gun store did briefly offer an Armatix .22 caliber earlier this year, but public outrage forced them to pull the handgun from the shelves.

Holder pushes a Universal Gun Registry
This year’s Obama budget shows how the administration is trying to quietly create the infrastructure for a universal gun registry.

In proposed “Program Increases” for the FBI, Holder has this to say:

“This program enhancement will double the capacity of the existing NICS [National Instant Check System] system. These expansions are vital in ensuring that the NICS system can support a Universal Background Check requirement, which is expected to double gross NICS transactions.”

Huh?

It may have escaped the Attorney General’s notice, but the Democrat Senate defeated his Universal Background Check requirement.

So, in effect, Holder’s asking for $100 million and 524 personnel to implement a program Congress rejected.

But that’s not all.

Holder seeking more ATF agents to copy to 4473 forms
In the section on ATF “Program Increases,” Holder demands $51.1 million and 255 agents and other personnel for enforcement and inspections.

In case anyone has forgotten, these are the people who are going to the FFL’s in connection with “annual inspections” — and physically copying all the 4473′s and bound book entries. GOA has reported on these efforts before, and one can read first-hand accounts from gun dealers here and here.

So under Holder’s proposed budget, many more 4473′s would be copied and fed into ATF’s de facto registry.

At the same time, Obama’s illegal Universal Background Check — implemented, presumably, by executive fiat — would ensure every gun transaction would have to go through an FFL. And this, of course, would guarantee that every American gun owner would have a 4473 which can be copied.

Think about it. With Republicans expected to take the Senate this fall — and Obama stymied legislatively — he has every incentive to go “full tyrant.” And that, apparently, is exactly what he intends to do.

But we have no intention to sit back and let Holder take away our Second Amendment rights. We have drafted legislation to prohibit ATF from copying 4473′s — and to require it to destroy any 4473′s it currently has.

UPDATE: GOA recently alerted you that an import ban on certain ammunition could be forthcoming from the ATF. Well, it’s official now — the ATF just declared that Russian-made 7N6 5.45×39 ammo is armor piercing. This lawlessness represents another reason that Congress needs to cut the ATF’s budget.

ACTION: Click here to Contact your Representative. Demand that the Commerce-Justice-Science appropriations bill contain language to prohibit ATF from compiling a national gun registry by copying and retaining the 4473′s of every American.

I am not going to trade insults S4L its not my intention it wouldn't prove anything I have to say. Just tell you that we could bombard you with facts and you still wont believe the horrific truth. There only needs to be a manufactured boogey man to implement anything they want for your "safety" "Equality" or "justice" . Do you think the NSA is there for your safety ? well they broke the law not Snowden, but they did justify it by saying its for the greater good. And the reason for all this spying is al-queada ,when the CIA is the one who created it as a tool to be used. Obviously they know there actions will backfire and they will get what they want twice. We are run by sociopathic killers.

The Real Reason Why Gaddafi Was Killed
[YOUTUBEIF]m0SCB3jxflU[/YOUTUBEIF]

The Truth behind Gaddafi's murder
You all know better by now than to believe The U.S. News Media, the U.S. State Department, The CIA, The Pentagon, and The President of the U.S.

Libya was not a "dictatorship" in the traditional sense, and Momar Gaddafi was not the evil rogue portrayed by Western propaganda.

If fact, he was a hero. Gaddafi’s Gold Dinar Plan and Libya’s Public Central Bank would have changed the monetary system and freed all of Africa from the Private Central Bank System. Ultimately, it might possibly have freed the NATO host nations from their own parasites – Vampire Private Central Banks.

Gaddafi’s courage and pioneering efforts in trying to restore national sovereignty and making the government responsible to the people instead of to the Global Banking Elites is the reason why he was targeted and killed.

NATO terrorist attacks will not get the Western nations out of debt – only an honest Public Central Bank – like the attempted Bank of Libya – would.

But guess what? With Gaddafi now out-of-the-way, the IMF and The World Bank have moved in to Libya, and have reestablished their control and dominance there. And (black man) Obama was the ringleader in the effort to reassert the impoverishment of Africa.

There will be no independence, and there will be no freedom.

The only way for a Country to be Sovereign is to have sovereign control of its money.

The Bankers (and their corruption) won again!

Commodity-Backed Currencies? China Buys Huge Copper Mine; Russia Onshores Largest Gold Miner
The last few days have seen Western anti-Russian rhetoric and red lines escalate dramatically as the military and economic issues come to light in any push back against Putin's pressure. From NatGas export fallacies to "boomerang"-ing sanctions, the west seems stuck (for now).. which brings up the question - why is China and Russia making huge investments in commodity-miners? Russia's largest gold miner Polyus Gold is considering a complete onshoring of its activities and China is buying a huge Peruvian copper mine from Glencore. The outcome would appear to enable both firms to do away with USD but not having to buy this resource in the market... just mine it?

So I hope you see the wash rinse and repeat cycle that is going on, and why we speak out against it.

Exclusive: Sources Inside The BLM and Las Vegas Metro Say Feds Are Planning A Raid On Bundy Home

Bunkerville, NEVADA, April 14, 2014– As reported yesterday, hundreds of federal agents are still at the Bundy Ranch and the area continues its status as a no-fly zone. Despite major media reports that the Nevada Bureau of Land Management is retreating, the remaining activity that still surrounds the ranch illustrates a different scenario.

Not only is the BLM not actually backing off of Cliven Bundy, Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association has revealed stunning information: on Ben Swann’s radio program, Mack said that he has received intelligence from multiple, credible sources inside the BLM and the Las Vegas Metro that there is “no question” that the federal government is planning a raid on the Bundy home and the homes of their children who live on the property.

According to Mack, the so-called retreat was nothing more than theatrics. “It was a ploy to get people to back off, to get people out of the way. They weren’t expecting us to get this amount of people here. They were surprised by the numbers and so they wanted a way to get us out of here. This was a ploy to get us out of here and then they’re going after the Bundys.” Mack said that when he was at the Bundy ranch on Saturday there were an estimated 600 to 800 protesters present when federal agents were releasing the cattle.

“If they do that kind of raid, I don’t believe there’s any way that could happen without bloodshed,” Mack told Swann.

Mack spoke about the tactic that protesters used by putting women at the front of the line facing the federal agents to make them think carefully before opening fire.

“I would’ve gone next. I would’ve been the next one to be killed. I’m not afraid to die here. I’m willing to die here,” said Mack.

Mack said that he had been told by Bundy that the federal government is actively shutting down the ranching industry, specifically in Clark County. He also revealed that there used to be 53 ranches in Clark County. All of those ranchers have been put out of business, except for Bundy who is still trying to hold on. “Every American should be outraged by it,” said Mack. The ranch has been in Bundy’s family since 1877.

Mack decried Nevada governor Brian Sandoval for declaring this situation unconstutional while doing nothing to stop it. “He could have called in the state’s national guard, could have called in the sheriff’s office, could have called in highway patrol, and he’s done nothing except assail what’s going on. That’s easy, that’s cowardly.”

Sheriff Mack also called out media including radio host Glenn Beck who he says is siding with the BLM on this issue.

“I can’t believe that there are some Americans, and some media like Glenn Beck, that are supporting the BLM in this and it’s absolutely disgraceful.”

You can listen to the full interview, including Sheriff Mack’s stunning statement, above.

Losing hope in humanity very quickly.
How many think murder was the level Reid was going to go to, to get his turtle park and a couple of bucks that they print out of thin air anyway and a species of turtle they are planning to euthanize BTW. Can anyone say ulterior motive.

Sen. Harry Reid on Nevada cattle dispute: 'It's not over'

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is weighing in on a high-profile dispute between a Nevada cattle rancher and the federal Bureau of Land Management.

“Well, it’s not over,” Reid, D-Nev., told KRNV-TV in Reno on Monday. “We can’t have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it’s not over.”

The feds on Saturday released about 400 head of cattle it had seized from Cliven Bundy, whom the bureau says owes more than $1 million in grazing fees for letting his livestock eat on public lands.

States’ rights supporters had showed up to back up Bundy, who contends the government is overreaching and the land around his farm belongs to Nevada. The feds say Bundy’s cows are grazing on habitat of the endangered desert tortoise, which is under their control. Bundy stopped paying monthly grazing fees in 1993.

BLM spokesman Craig Leff told the Associated Press the agency would try to resolve the matter with Bundy “administratively and judicially.”

In a radio interview Monday with Glenn Beck, Bundy said Monday his dispute with the BLM goes beyond livestock grazing.

“I feel it’s a constitutional thing; it’s a state sovereignty thing; it’s a county government thing,” Bundy said, according to the Las Vegas Sun.

bentom, I hope you know by now that I NEVER sided w/the NSA and that I NEVER said anything bad about Snowden either, I think he's a hero that went about exposing the truth the wrong way, if you're listening to others talk about me then now you know that they are liars.

my only proof is the existing Snowden thread, where what I've just told you is available (unedited) for your viewing pleasure.

yup! our govt is out of control, way out of control, but just because the NSA and other depts of the govt are playing dirty pool doesn't mean I'm EVER gonna see Bundy's side of the issues here. It's plain, it's simple, the man owed fees he decided not to pay and now his time has come to pay, one way or the other.

I'm almost certain (that means I AM certain) that nobody ever told Bundy or his ancestors that the land was theirs to use forever. If they didn't have an agreement like that then the obvious presumption is that they can't use it forever and sooner or later the feds will want those lands for other uses.

Those guys then confronted the govt with guns, pity the fools.......

sounds like jail for them now when relocating had been an earlier option.

I wish it were that simple its not. You should really watch the video about the truth of the bundy ranch that rives posted ,its insightful. Its not just dirty pool they are playing ,they were and are willing to kill for it.

There was a contract and they unilaterally changed the terms. That is a crime in most jurisdictions. If they own the court then the court is going to side with them. Its the Just-us system.

Just watch the video.

There is no right or wrong way to reveal crimes especially if it is the people you are exposing that have a monopoly on violence. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

They are the real criminals so naturally they don't like that.
