Mars Hydro Adlite (UV+Deep Red+Far Red) are they really worth it as they say?

Has anyone tried these LED bars with Emerson Effect? Do they really work as well as they say?
The kit adds a total of 140w extras that can be added to any panel really since they are connected directly to 220v. The doubt I have is with the turn-on times. Do you really have to respect these times in the UV and far red?
Another doubt I have is: to simulate sunset and dusk, 15 minutes before turning on, 15 minutes after turning off the fixed panels, can it be simulated only with the deep red or do you need both reds?

UV55: 365-370nm, 54w(Each bar is 27w), 2 bars in package
IR30: 730-745nm, 30w(Each bar is 15w), 2 bars in package
R55: 660nm, 54w(Each bar is 27w), 2 bars in package
Size: 90*3.3*3cm/each bar

The 730nm bulb is to quickly transition the plants to moonlight mode, since indoor growers don't have moon roofs. (Moonlight has a higher ratio of 730 to 660). 730 needs to be the only light for ~15 minutes

Ok thanks. So from this I understand that all those LED bars they sell with deep red and far red together are not suitable for growing. So Mars Hydro did well to separate both LEDs!

You dont need any far red (IR) for lights on, its counter indicated: it would only switch your plants to sleep mode at dawn which isnt the idea.
As for how long: as far as i can understand 15 mins is just something coming from back in the days of mechanical timers that couldnt go any lower than 15mins. My buddy did some research on it, apparently youd need approx 3000 ppf of far red per m2 to switch. Assuming around 2.5ppf/w of efficiency from the mars bars and a 1m2 tent: 3000/(2.5x30)= 40 seconds. 15 mins is likely to cause at least some stretch.

What are you adding them to?
Iirc the mars uv is 365nm, ive never tried adding only that. I always try to do a "sloped" approach to uv: blue>400nm>365nm>uvb, similar to sun spectrum. Id suggest to follow mars recomendations; 5-10mins per hour.
UV burn tends to manifest with leaf serrations bending upwards.
