Like Maj said your bulb is fine, I had that happen to me a while back, eventually I used a razor, and some alcohol and it came right off

Look at that bulb! Lucky man - I better check my duct tape construction too when I get back to the house - got some old duct tape that should be replaced... I think trying a good solvent scrub would be worth saving the bulb, very impressive pic!

Zeus - I do still have the bulb of course. Just havn't tried to save it yet. It seems there are others who think it is salvagable. I hope they're right. Now I just gotta get off my lazy ass and do it.

Glad to hear another vote of confidence for the saving of the bulb. I only really posted the pic to show people for safety reasons, and now it may look like i can save the bulb after all

Another Widow Harvest!

You guys are just in time for another Widow harvest!
I was very quick with snapping the pics, uploading, and getting this post up. Been on a tight schedule last few days and it sometimes feels there is never enough time in a day.


White Widow-1

^ Not sure what day of flower it is. I'd probably guess late 50's to early 60's. She looks like she could have made it another week by my standards, but she's throwin nanners pretty hard and I didn't want her infecting Goober. This is my most impressive Widow cola The weight on this plant seems solid and makes me happy. I love the density of the Widow bud, it forms the perfect nugs.
She's falling all over from weight, even with the cage and some copper supports she was floppy.

^ A solid harvest for the Widows dense nugs.

I've thrown Mongrul into the mix now in the flowering cab. We'll check on her progress soon
It was a quickly thrown together harvest update. I hope you liked...there will be more harvesting going on in this thread soon!

I wasn't planning on keeping the Widow around anymore because she throws nanners. I mixed up some clones though and still might have one floating around still.

Will definately be my best Widow harvest. I've yet to get over an ounce on any of Widows and I'm looking forward this one topping 30+grams.
I was impressed with the main cola as well. The density of the widow is probably my favourite bag appeal feature of the widow. To me it is very visually pleasing and spongy to the touch. The smell and potency are what really make it special though

^ Once again don't know the flowering date on this. I think I've stopped keeping track for all my plants. It just doesn't seem to be important to me anymore.
Not the heaviest yield on this little WW beauty, but some decently thick and dense cola for me to toke on. She was spittin nanners as expected, but was pretty much done anyhow.
Harvest time always makes me happy or maybe it's the scissor hash right after...I dunno

I can feel the weather changing outside. Hockey season is approaching

I spoke too soon. Mongrul has started to stretch a bit more as I expected. She already has nice little bud spots on her too I love to see plants that progress hard and fast.
Goober and the mystery plant have now entered flower. The flowering Goober will be harvested after this weekend.

Looks like I still have alot to show off this weekend
