I dont see why cats are included in a "no pets" lease clause.. IMHO they are the cleanest animals you can have inside..They NEVER use the bathroom anywhere except in there litterbox . Unlike a dog that will shit on your kitchen table if he feels like it............. And I still think cats are the "cleanest.

Um, no. Cats aren't that clean. Your cat does it's thing in a box and then walks all over your house!
Tracking turd/urine particles all over you tables, chairs, counters, etc. Might not be apparent, but they track germs everywhere, just like any pet. Dogs don't crap anywhere, at least a trained one doesn't.

This isn't about a cat vs dog thing. I have both and love the little fuckers. It's just cats aren't as clean as most think.

Cats are the only animal besides humans that kill for sport.
We always check our boy when he's meowing to come in... we check for his little furry "playmates". When the rodent population seems to be on the increase we cut back on his food so he'll get off his ass and do his job.
