I wrote the following for uk site, it maybe needs some terms defining for an international audience
Rocky/soap bar. Mostly really bad imported brick hash.
Bush seeded outdoor imported flower
Skunk all buds, also called hydro at the time.
A test bud taken a few days ago off the malxpan...seen cut above. Some of the tops are the biggest colas Ive ever grown, its much less frosty than the more slender malpan still growing. The test bud is fast dried.....5 days. Now, again that caveat, how much is a sort of placebo at play here, how much am I influenced by strain descriptions and reviews Ive read? Who knows, anyway...again, exactly as described, ie. pretty damn strong. Starts off very clear, sobering me up from anything else I smoked. Then maybe 5 or 10 mins later, it hits, more of an electric feeling, all in the head, some body stone, but more of a tingle than a stone??? Very long lasting, just building for ages. No anxiety of such, but probably too strong for lots of situations
Growing up in the 90s (liverpool uk), there was rocky, or soap bar as we called it, and bush, now anyone form that time knows how shit soap bar was, well most of the bush we got was even worse. Then skunk came along, and we all though thats what good plant sould be, anything that looked liked bush was shit.
After skunk had been around a bit a mate of a mate got hold of something he called African, compressed brickweed. With our experience of bush, we turned our nosed up, he usually had really skunk, now he had this wierd looking brown shit. Then we smoked it. It was a summers day in the park, and it was like nothing we had ever smoked, not strong, but strangely euphoric.......well lots of you are sativas growers, you know what I mean, but we didnt, we didnt know why this was so different, but we all knew it was. WE smoked that all summer and it was great, everyone who had it was the same, started with, what is this shit, ended with, get me some more!
The point of that odd ramble......the malxpan, is like a much stronger version of the african brick weed we smoked all that summer, and that is biggest compliment I can give it.
