Macro photography 101

THESE CAME OUT NICE ..I gave her a 6 month cure never touch it or opened the containers. The smell is very earthy. The smell has changed completely from what she was when put into the jars. The smoke is extremely strong(expando)Reminds me of Colombian Gold for the 70's. I still have a 1/4lb the rest is for cooking with..I think I might have found how some of the strains I smoked back then where so string but brown/yellow/gold in color. If the cannabis is of high grade they dry it until its no longer green. I do believe they use to dry cannabis back then in barns that where very hot no air circulation.

here is my first macro shots. do these even count as macros? I used a 55mm lens. i just got my cam (Sony Nex 5n), and i want the 105mm already!

here is a light bleached bud of lemon skunk. a buddy accidentally chopped it early, so he hung it in the room by a light. this is what it looked like a few days later.
