Gave the girls their last feeding this past Sunday. They are smelling incredible. And yup they def have that lean thing going on. Just starting em on plain water and time now. Looking for lots of glands these last couple of weeks.

Ok folks, here's the low down on the LUI harvest. I did not get the 1 lb./plants I wanted but that's just the way it goes eh? The weighs will be exlpained on the pics below.



The plant on the left produced a total of 291.9grams-267.3g of quality buds and 24.6g of ''popcorn" buds.

The plant on the right produced a total of 386.7grams. 354.9g of quality buds and 31.8g of "popcorn" buds.

So I have a total of 1lb.,5oz, 16.85g of primo bud and 56.4g of lesser buds.
Thanks for the comments along the way. They were really appreicated. I believe I could have gotten more out of them if I hadn't planted them so close to the wall. All of the branches on the back side produced very little buddage but you plant em where you can. Later,RR

Oh, I forgot to add that the smell is sweet and earthy as is the taste. The high is incredibly relaxing also. Very satisfying smoke.

Wow great plant. Looks like they would yield more but 1lb 5.5 oz's of quality bud is definatley no slouch. Enjoy!

Sacko, I can tell ya RR's LUI friggin rocks after workouts & definately helped me sleep. I never sleep too good when I'm away on work, but I slept much better this week. I trained from 5-6:30, neck & back was all tight, and the LUI relaxed the tension. Good stuff maing! I know it'll work for ya, but I'll let RR tell ya more bout it. Peace

Thanks for stopping by guys. The LUI I have is IMO not a knock out couch lock indica. The effects I get from it are very relaxed-helps relieve my back and nerve pain, functional, fun, and stoney and helps when going to sleep.
She has a sweet, earthy smell and taste the same.. Absolutly delicious

I grew LUI outdoors for two seasons (41' N). The second time, I planted a clone left over from the winter's grow in a screened garden that got 11 hours of sun a day in mid-July. The plant grew like yours; an absolute monster! I'd love to cross it with something more potent, because the physical stature of LUI grown under full sun is siimply amazing.

My main gripe is the high. Maybe the Ortega pheno just wasn't that strong, but I chopped in mid-September. Mold was only an issue on a couple of buds. Oh, and don't get me started on the calyx-to-leaf ratio. It took HOURS to manicure this plant, and not just because of the size. Total yield was 17.1 oz. The soil had been fertilized for a year beforehand with fish carcasses and seaweed. Just like the natives did!

The aroma was certainly unique. After a 60-day cure, it smelled like an antique shop that specialized in floral arrangements. You know what I mean?
