As is often the case - these reports are difficult to understand - when the previous week there was an article stating the very opposite - in the same paper - maybe the coffee sellers association are just paying the media - to balance the attitudes of the masses ?
I think I will trust a Board Certified** Doctor. <-- Scooter explained the connection/mechanism. You cannot get around it with a chat room on the Internet

**Sooper Doc: Only 60% of doctors try for it, and only 60% of them make it. Pardon me while I go smack Pretty Witch -- he cannot be my kid. [/Sheriff Buford T. Justice]

Good day OF...Happy New Year to you.

Woke up quite early today to lung pain that snapped me out of my sleep, then my shoulder was soar and couldn't lay on it. Can only lay one side because my neck will cause me grief trying to sleep on my left side.
So, laying on my back does not feel right and every time I'd fall asleep I would snort and wake myself up.
Welcome to 2025 Ken! same pains different day... "you got to be tough to grow old"

Question... will be oven baking some pork back ribs today.
If you cook those kind of ribs do you remove the membrane that's on the inside of the ribs?

Did a bunch of labs yesterday and saw my doctor today.
Two years ago this time I was in complete renal failure and only had abojt 13% liver function.
Today my liver and kidneys have full function with zero loss.......pretty nice way to end the year.
Got some new yogurt that has a heavy cream layer on top and with a dab of crystallized honey its amazeballs.
Happy New Year errybody!
That's good news dogzter...I'm happy for you:)

Big conspiracy about the flag in the truck involved in the New Orleans 'tragedy'. You know, it a 'terrorist attack'. I'll leave this here:

One guy knocks off an insurance ceo and thats called terrorism, but a guy plowin thru a crowd at a celebration and kills 10 and injures many others isnt terrorism?

The FBI won't do anything. If it originates from a foreign country there are jurisdiction issues that further complicate an investigation. They get about 100k reports of cyber extortion a year.

You can report it to the FBI here:
Then I would ask at least five major newspapers to check why the FBI won't do its job to protect US citizens. Great story for them. I would publish these newspaper requests with whatever response or lack thereof I get from them.

And I would inform the FBI that the following list of newspaper(s) are looking for a credible FBI response.

Pressure. I would increase it in multiples until I have a kill.

January 20th will be the day shit no longer goes under the rug.

Being a "take no prisoners" type, I would also PUBLISH the threats on the Internet in dozens of law-enforcement sites. <-- For instance, my local @Gray Wolf Police Dept., in a public letter to the Governor of the state, and generally fucking flood municipalities and law enforcement agencies with HUNDREDS of demands (not requests) for action. <-- Call out specific names of officials that you require action from.

That is the FIRST day.

On the second day, I would get really serious. I am not a nice guy to piss off with nasty demands. The second day would be more inventive and violent.

'Drinking up to five cups of coffee a day may be enough to reduce the risk of cognitive decline especially in people with atrial fibrillation (AF) who are vulnerable to the disease'

Here's an interesting 🤔 article from today's news @Unca Walt
My gramps drank coffee from morning to night, he had many health issues at the end of his life but mental decline was not one of them.

Happy New Year Gypsy & Loki🐕
