Those look like high PH issues to me. 600ppm at .5 isn't very much, this might be why the PH could be going up, you need strong nutrients to keep everything stable; I have one plant at day 15 flowering, and I've had it at 950ppm(.5) for the past two weeks, and it just loves it. I see that you are using six different additives, not counting the PH adjustments. IMO, you need to get rid of 4 or 5 of those: KISS. I would also advise to try not to use PH adjustments, as they are very nasty and harsh chemicals. Try and do all your adjustments with just nutrients, they will lower your PH. Modern nutrients have built-in ph stabilizers, I think they work best when you just leave them alone and give those buffers time to settle in.
When I tried a DWC grow (got males), I was having leaf problems just like yours, chasing the PH around with a bunch of ph down and nutrients, and it was doing nothing. I dumped the whole thing out and just added basic nutes and didn't worry about the PH. Within a couple days the plant was healthier than it had ever been and it grew incredibly fast until it showed its balls.
If you check my current grow, I've had the same rez water for over a month now and I have never used any PH adjustment; RO water and the simplicity of the lucas formula takes care of everything.
