looking for closet vent suggestions

I hate my active intake. It's not powerful enough. If outside temperatures go above 60 degrees when my 600 watter is on, my room temps skyrocket up to 85 degrees! When my grow is harvested, I'm going to have to fix it.
I'm going to reroute that dryer hose to go straight up and take a couple of 90 degree turns out of it. I wonder if I can get more pressure and volumne of air by putting the intake fan at the beginning of the intake instead of the end of it. I'm also going to replace the dryer hose with the solid looking ones instead of the one that looks like its just covered in aluminum foil. I want some serious cold outside air coming into that room!
Ventilation and cooling air is the biggest problem I have.

im having the same problem,although i do have an attic with i crawl soace in the ceiling i was thinking a bathroom exhuast fan but do i have to do all of that ducting or can i just install and let it run like in my shitter? the closet is not much bigger.

drmoto depends on what your temps are. For example I have a 600watt hps and I use my exhaust with carbon filter so I have a 4" inline.

get a cabinet or wardrobe closet and grow in there. closets are tricky...cabs are easy.
