Nope, only for planting. If you mean I should eat them, I would but I'm kind of iffy about eating products not labeled for human consumption.

thanks for the replies, duckduckgoose I saw your suggestion and FYI I am not a female, so I couldn't decide whether to have an abortion or not if that was any ?. Thanks any how. I'll be cull the triploid and keep the one with a slightly odd cotyledon, just watch it for any herming.

what are you talking about? I mean homegrown salad is way healthier than grocery store bagged salad mixes, it's not processes with bleach solution! even eating at restaurants is less healthy! Unfortunately bleach is a standard for "safe" food production, it's the cheapest way to keep veggies from degrading while in the bag, but if you ask me it's not safe! it's actually very bad...

Oh, I am not sure about that. It's a whole grain, you can find different grades. I have a couple pounds of feed grade two row and QP's of both black and purple barley, they are food grade whole grains and I am waiting on them to grow right now. Thinking about maybe growing the barley to harvest the seed at its end.
