Hey ya'll can we please get back on topic (OHIO death star) since all your egos really don't mean anything to anyone.
I'm posting these pics again because I still think they're the best example of 100% organically grown (she does best in full organics) death star so far in this thread. Smurfin herb's stuff looks good.. very, very similar. But in all honesty I believe G.F. Green's pic is weak in comparison, and an overall poor representation of the strain's real potential.
And these are just pics. I'm going to become insanely rich one day when I invent a way to smell and taste cannabis buds through the internet. Enjoy!

Death Star is a proprietary Medical strain developed and created here in Colorado.
Death Star definitely dose not originate in Ohio.
The Death Star Colorado origination is a known fact.
The breeder is not from Ohio.

Okay... So the same strain I've been smoking for almost 10 years.. The Strain whose every variation known until what they've done in the last year in cali, I've smoked. And mention the strain whose breeders have admitted that it was bred in Ohio, and they have now moved out west, which is true. This is how the DS made it to Colorado. It WASN'T BRED IN COLORADO.
And if it were bred in Colorado, why was it up until the last year or so, it just started to show up in a very few select dipensaries? And why is it that I've known people who went out to Colorado at the beginning of the MMJ boom out there, and he always complained about missing his Ohio DS?
I'm just curious. Cause I'm pretty sure that all the special DS crosses that aren't available out in CO, were done with an Original DS male from Ohio?? How could they have done the DS bX ECSD without having the true male to breed the ECSD to?

I have yet to see the death star anywhere on the EC other then in the jars of kids who travleed here 
I think the name and hype alone make it a great strain, the concept behind whose getting it....great.... spread that good energy.

Death star was bred in Columbus, OH ~15 years ago and the breeders are originally from Nevada. Seeds have not been released yet despite anticipations of being available sometime during 2010 (we still have several months). Clones are currently only available to those only in the "know"... basically good luck putting yourself in that position if you aren't already. Despite access to clones, I have a few seeds that came from a room that wasn't attended as much as it should have been. It's either a death star back cross, or a death star x sour diesel. I'll just have to find out. And please don't ask me for anything.
For the record, this thread is for the OHIO death star. Whatever originated in Colorado is without a doubt subservient in quality and I'd appreciate it if you fools left it out of here. Thanks!

TDS's web page was recently updated to include some great new information. Death Star has been officially entered in the high times cannabis cup coming up this November (might have a winner!) and TDS is currently working with Cali Connection's SFV OG male in order to create a Death Star OG. Also, test results for potency came back and it appears as if the test sample sent in was 20.23% THC, 0.63% CBN and 0.43% CBD.
Also, clones are supposed to be officially released to the medicinal cannabis community late this year!

Never heard of it. It would technically be DeathStar(F) x Reeferman Love Potion #1 or 2(M). But it seems like that would degrade the potency, considering the trich profile and potency is usually defined by the father.
Been awhile since I've seen anyone actually go out and get Love Potion to, which seems odd. I'll be on the lookout for that one. Would be interesting to see.

just picked up some of these babies! all the stems were a purple tint. i don't know if that's a deficiency or a trait you are familiar with. i am hoping it is the real deal. be back in 2 or so months with some proper pics!
