Drying usually takes a week or so. They are current sitting 24C and 50% RH. A little warm, but I don't have much cooling capacity. The weather is what it is! I'll weigh them when I jar up. After that I try to cure for 4wks before tasting, but with a big harvest I frequently sample earlier out of childlike impatience

Yeah im like a kid
, as soon as they dry i need to at least taste a joint of each 1 , but defo jar them up then and try cure for as long as they last
