Less Expensive Grow Lights

Here's a question that relates to lighting my microgrows: Are there any quality E27 (standard-socket) LEDs with a high PAR (30+), a high CRI (70-90), a high PPFD (600-900) w/a decent spectrum quality that aren't crazy expensive? I know that's a tall order, but I'd like to replace my CFLs from my old grow setups with something less heat generating (so they really just need to outperform them, lol)...also considering making some little clip-on supplemental lights with a bulb like that.

I've been looking into this and outside of the expensive COB and quantum boards..kinda out of luck.for LED..Mars are OK, use twice the LED you think you need

What I see right now as the best deal is Xtrasun 315W CMH Grow Light System with Ushio 3,000K Lamp, 120/208/240V

$270.89

I just got chosen by Mars Hydro to test there new SP 250. Ive always been a MH/hps guy but I'll telling you this LED is nice. Ive started a grow thread and will be going in a few days, stop in and check it out. I'm gonna be using only the LED, . I don't know much about LEDs but this one seems very very nice.
