Have you bothered in your calculations that I am using a new and different light with these and that could be a factor ?

Hey SaH, don't pay any attention to Castelvetro, he might want to go and check out my AFSOG and see just how fast AFs do ripen. And that the LED may slow them down. Time will tell but I see them going only 60-65 days from the growth I see now.

ice u grow in soil in small containers, u can knock of a week for your method vrs mine in coco, ive also got no problem with autos taking 70-75 days, thats what i expect them to take to finish, ive cut a few earlier for sure but it doesnt bother me an extra week or two, i wasnt complaining but do admit when i first heard the name i was like yah right.

Hey S_a_H, I have lurked for some time, read many journals and etc.. after a while its like you get to know everyone. Anyway I feel comfortable now to start to post. great grow you have here, plants look nice and healthy. I agree with ya man I thinks the lights is a factor if it takes longer than usual. Still looks like your gonna get some dank BUD witch is why we grow, right? I have read the journals on the auto afiie several times, I hope you getting that clone works out for ya the AA seams like a awsome plant. Do you think you will be doing the CS the to get some seeds to perserve the strand if possible? I hope so.The cross with BS, good idea! If you ever need anyone for some test grows in the future, I would like to be a part of that, if possible.
Anywho keep the good work I am rooting for ya!!!!

So if a 400W HPS (from the mouth of the bulb MFR) only has 120-128W of PAR light, and their light output drops much faster over time than LED, we feel it is pretty safe to say that our 126W light with 120W of PAR lighting is comparable to a 400W HPS.

Someone mentioned a thing or two about us using the same LED's as everyone else, and while I don't know what everyone else uses, we use Bridgelux and Semi LED's, both of which are made in the USA. The higher you go (3W, 5W), the cheaper the LED's become in dollar per watt values. This means any competitor using 5W or 6W LED's, is actually selling you a product that is much cheaper to build watt for watt vs ours. The main difference between a 1W and 5W is simply that the 5W is driven at a much higher amperage (although they tend to be the same chip as the 1W). Their efficiency in terms of lumen per watt output decreases, as wattage increases. So while a 3W Red LED emits 80 lumens at 700mA, 3 x 1W LED's at 350mA produce 135 lumens. Anyhow, needed to clear the air on that although the member has since been banned. Even if other companies used the same LED's as we do, the spectral output in nm's, and the ratios at which they are used, have a definite effect on growth.

ok reading aint proving anything to me darling, how about send over this supposed led that matches a 400 HPS!!! and i will run it side by side with my powerplant 400w hps with a blue spectrum? because in my eyes no amount of anything you say is going to make me believe i can put 62 clones under a led light and pull what i can with a hps it's impossible and you would have to be pretty brasen to make these claims!!!

s_a_h i really apologise for jacking the thread here i just have heard from many that this ledgirls lights are cheap and nowhere match her supposed claims, maybe im wrong but looking at yours bro im telling you now hps kicks the living life out of these leds

^ I agree...And I'd say it's a little early to say provided that this is a new strain under new lights and not even finished...

Once its flowered and smoked i'll see what MD thinks and maybe put it up for the second version of BlueStreak. I have a pack of real DJ BlueMoonShine and DJ BlueBerry. Plus I have 50 pack of Purcevilles F13 seeds for possible crosses.

I just broke into a jar of the Sour Bubbleryder x Blue Streak that has been curing for 2 months and I think....

I feel kinda giddy,,, a up high,,,,its almost 9:30am I smoked 4-5 hits about 8am and I am already showered and dressed on a Saturday....lol

I'll take a few more hits and go see Avatar after stopping for a couple Egg Mcmuffins...lol
