Sup people , I got 50 leb seeds from ace about 2 years ago and ran a open pollination with 35 of them(26 males and 9 females) but also hit a “few” other plants as well as growing out and selecting a super sativa p4 male to hit a few more clones from last year.

This outdoor season I’ll be testing a few of them to see how leb acts in crosses. I’ll post the list here and keep you guys updated

Peace

As someone who got 50 leb seeds and a few packs of ruderalis..... I am interested. Seems we both have the same mindset :D

Your feedback on your lebanese is much appreciated, Theorganicguy  Thank you very much!

I like the flowering traits of the female you had, nice looking resinous flowers on your green pheno, there are expressions that can turn very colorful (red stems and purple flowers) with cold temps but that was not the case.

You described perfectly the terpenes and effects of the citrusy Lebanese green phenos ;) Cheerful and mood enhancing effect of light/moderate potency, very positive, even slightly uplifting, but not nervous, cold neither paranoid, just good feelings and sensations, and a bit of body relaxation. It's great afternoon smoke if you want to enjoy with friendly cannabis and don't trip out.

Lebanese was trimmed and jarred up yesterday. Strong spicy and citrus smell coming through.

Some early sampling have shown a motivating and euphoric effect, combined with a muscle massage from within. The taste reminds me of citrus candy with some herbal notes. Looking forward a cured smoke report and maybe some squishing. Around 20 seeds ready for next season

Welcome therealherbalis :)

Glad your interest for our Lebanese release brought you to this place, thanks for supporting our work.

We had to deal with strong hermie tendencies on this Lebanese line during P1 and P2 generations, but because of that, we did very serious selections on the P2 generation to avoid them as much as possible in the released P3 generation, and i think we succeeded quite well. Testings of the released P3 generation were performed before its release too. We lowered down a lot the hermie tendencies of the line, not fully, but drastically. The feedback from growers so far has been great, with null or very low hermie tendencies, especially outdoors.

As we speak, we have just finished a new Lebanese regular indoor seed reproduction to produce a new P4 generation, and hermie rates from many different lines have been considerably lower than in previous generation.

Please, keep us updated with your Lebanese growing experience. All the best!

greetings friends, just made an account to post specifically on this thread. Im born and raised in the middle east and we consumed a lot of the lebanese hash. It was always considered to be very mild and you quickly aquire a tolerance to it. yoou could literally trade 20 times the amount of leb blonde for afghani mazar sharif hash. But the smell and taste was always so unique it blew me away.. i was surprised to see these seeds available and from a reputable breeder so i grabbed 15 seeds.. Im nervous as i grow only indoors and have ample space and have a ton of strains going on.. little worried with the sexual stability of throwing a few in the flower room (gulp) but god damn i miss the taste and smell SO much... i wonder if theyll really hate the 1000 Watt HPS hmm....

yea in Lebanon they literally barely feed or wat er the plants.. collect them and one technique is to bash the plants against the walls with mat erial similar to potato bags then scraped it off and press.. others sieved.

Cheers friends such a great thread , i read all 30 pages .. its a pleas ure to see skilled gro wers take old world arab genetics and flourish with them!

I hope I can report great news from my indoor experiment. Will pop 5 beans and hope for the best.. m abye i can put them in a specific corner and just be SUPEr vigilant with watching them.. any nanners or pods .. you DIE

Hi clearheaded,

It's almost impossible to fully confirm whether Lebanese and Moroccan strains are closely related unless serious genetic analyses are performed to legit pure Lebanese and Moroccan landraces to compare.

But if you ask me , i would say they are highly related, most probably Moroccans are descendants of Lebanes genetics, or at least from Middle East sativa landraces.

Lebanese and Moroccan share these common traits: both are sativa hashplant, with semi autoflowering tendencies, of great heat and drought resistance, both producing an array of chemotypes (pure THC, pure CBD and balanced chemotypes as well) typical of large and authentic hashplant populations.

They also share some similarities in the effect, but as far as we have learnt from our studies when working directly in the preservation of landraces from both places, and thanks to the data we got from analyses at the lab, i can confirm the Lebaneses are much better yielding, more resinous and with higher cannabinoid and terpene content than Moroccans. Although Moroccan are faster flowering.

Hope it helps!

I am interested how lebanese compares to marrocan, similar latitude and from limited knowledge have similar traits as far as flowering and use for hash. of course hard to compare only hashes as leb tends to be aged if i am not mistaken.. thought would be a great place to ask from folks who have grown ;)

Hi frassekongo :)

Glad to hear you have had a good experience growing our Lebanese indoors  Thanks for your feedback!

Hi therealherbalis! I grew these indoors under quite harsh circumstances. The flower room was full, and The lebaneses were in The back corner getting only tiny amounts of Light from two 100 watt leds. They didn't drink so much water. Even though they got far from all The love that they needed, they gave really nice flowers in The end. These seem to be very tough and hardy, and work fine indoors under suboptimal conditions.

Welcome Divinus :)

Thanks a lot for supporting our work! A pleasure to hear you successfully did a pure Lebanese selection from 50 seeds ;)
Eager to learn more details about it!

A cross between a really nice plant from DJ Shorts lines and our Lebanese sounds like music to my ears. Ras Pablo did a Lebanese x PCK cross and it worked quite well, both strains can really balance each other.

Best regards

Hello all,
I certainly hope to be running these genetics again. We donated several pounds to a friend that made CBD caramels with the Lebanese and Erdpurt. We were very appreciative for her help.
As some of you know my wife has been battling two types of cancer since early summer. The season I needed the grow most. We weren't able to have one. My wife still has another month of radiation therapy to get through. We were able to get a rental home for her and the dogs. Radiation is suspended while she is fighting a staff infection after the double mastectomy.

I thank you all for your kindness and prayers. We are truly blessed in our Ace and ICMAG family.
God bless you all,
Farmerlion. Peace

farmerlion I hope everything is good! :huggg:

Today is a cloudy day, perfect to bring them outdoors to acclimate, they'll be kept outdoors and hopefully their semi-autoflowering trait will make them to finish by April/May...

Have the hunch right one is a male; hope the shorter one is a girl.

Have a third one bulking up, will be brought outdoors as soon as requires a repot.

Those are 7L/2Gal pots, 100% coco coir and same salts regime as indoor girls for outdoor girls this year.

Repuk, nice plants you have there brother.

CodyPomeray, thank you for your kind words. I thank you for your offer of help.

While I don't have a thread going yet with any pictures. Today I started the process of getting the microbial life going again in my grow bags. Starting with a heavy dose of fish emulsions and kelp extracts. I will continue with light watering and adding worm castings into each bag over the next several weeks. In mid April I will start adding worms into my soil.

I'm still working out the number of plants and strains for this season. Unfortunately the strain list is equal to the number of grow bags. I can justify each one as a must have... ?
While CBD strains are very important. Having early flowering and finishing plants is very important. Having a balance of recreational strains is also important. (All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy). The Shining, so I have a couple decisions to make that don't have a better answer. Just options to ponder a hundred times over.

While the Lebanese and Nepalese are my two favorites of all time. I'm also a big fan of Orient Express. So there will certainly be some CBD#1 x Orient Express in the greenhouse for sure. Thanks Dubi for the blessing of those genetics.

Peace my friends, farmerlion
