Nepalese Seed Reproduction

Nepalese from TRSC
was grown indoors. Less stretch than other Himalayan sativas. Aromas range from fresh sativa, floral, citrus/toluene very similar to the Kumoani. Seed development/pollination was at an optimal time so the flowers are only lightly seeded and will produce good seeds along with some flower.

RingtailCanyon: I would have to say one of my favorites is the Mexican Jarilla. Wonderful happy uplifting high. The Nanda Devi was also quite nice and smelled like green candy or malt. Finally the Syrian is one of my new favorite floral tangy hash plants. Very good variety.

Excited to hear this - I have both Nanda Devi and Syrian seeds from TRSC and both were already on my "maybe next" list. You've just bumped them up the list for me! How did you find the quality of the Nanda Devi high? I've heard it described as "spiritual"...

Kabul female

Hi Land, thinking of running TRSC Kabul outdoors this year. How did your grow go? Curious to know how big they got (although understand you are doing seed repros so not always growing for large crops), flowering and finish time, smoke report etc.

Hi Land, really love your work. Quick question...

How long do you think it would take to do a seed reproduction for ILE Manipur? I would be growing strictly for seed and am wondering what's the shortest amount of time it could take to accomplish that?

Nanda Devi Seed Reproduction

Nanda Devi Seed Reproduction

Nanda Devi from TRSC - This run of landrace plants started from 70 seeds and with a very poor germination rate I got 5 females and I kept 4 out of 6 males. Most of the females shared a fruity hashy aroma haowever the two best were absolutely outstanding. The second best was the shortest of the females and had a malty fruity aroma with good resin. The very best female shot a branch out randomly during veg so it had a lower branch that none of the others had. It also had the best smell, green laffy taffy candy amazing smell way different from the rest. All of the plants had the typical Himalayan tall growth stretchy growth with the exception of the shortest one. The green laffy taffy pheno smells amazing while drying.

Day 17 flowering females

Day 17 flowering males

Day 21 flower right before pollination

Day 55 flower last 3 plants including the best two (trained to the left)

Resin on harvest day 61 malty fruity short pheno

Cheers!
Pity of the poor germination, but when you"ve another batch of seeds, try next time to use coconut water (15ml/ltr).Perhaps better luck.
Did you find any rose aroma phenotypes?

p59teitel: The Kabul stayed short as I flowered it indoors and outdoors combined due to circumstances. Typical flowering time of most hybrids nowadays.

mexcurandero420: No rose phenos but that would have been excellent. One male had dark color, shorter stature and a soapy stem rub. The best phenos I had were green laffy taffy/cherry and strong malt. The rest were malty.

Ravel: A long time lol. Probably 3 months either way. Maybe 2 months if you trigger them to flower fast in cold temps with a 10/14 light schedule and very small pots to grow them in. Good luck.

Oaxacan Seed Reproduction

Oaxacan Highland from Cryptic Genetics via landracer3 on IG. Grown indoors. Straight haze and incense aromas and flavors. No intersex out of 10 plants. Very wild growth. I kept them very small by growing them in small pots due to limited space. Last pictures are of an unseeded plant. Grown under a 50 watt LED.
