Beautiful plant NeDank! Thats what I'm talking about!

I put about 2-3 cups espoma garden tone in each hole. I've done that before and not fertilized the rest of the season. They recommend espoma be used as a top dressing through the growing season once a month too. You can really load them up though because plant tone doesn't burn. Has biologicals in it too, which will help inocculate the soil with necessary beneficial microbes, helping to keep the plant healthy and release fertilizer. Going to get down to 32 with frost this weekend! :smoke:

Yeah, also here would skunk fly off the shelfs immediately :) I would love to grow a skunk strain, but skunk #1 and most of the skunk strains have bad mold resistance :( I've heard that Sweet Cheese is real outdoor skunk, I will try to get more info...
Don't know about Cheese Candy but Sugar Black Rose from Delicious Seeds is fantastic plant, grows very fast, has sweet smell, lot of rock hard buds that have very good mold resistance, grew it last 2 years (cut it on saturday), gonna grow it next year :)
Probably gonna try also Smooth Smoke (Pakistan Citral Kush x Nepali) last year I grew PCK and it is very hardy plant, pest and mould resistant... Smooth Smoke should be faster, better producer and I hope with same resistance.
Where I live we don't get visits from huriccanes, but weather can be crazy, in 2013 drought for month in July and Avgust and temperatures more than 35C, in 2014 biblical flood in avgust and september 2/3 of my plants died, 2015 again drough and scorching sun... interesting thing is that there is always morning dew, even if doesn't rain for a month and scorching sun :)
here is the list of cheese's that i have been researching that all have good to great mold resistance. swiss cheese, cheese candy, freeze cheese 89,frencheese, and cheesy headband. the one im most likely to go with for next year is the cheese candy. big dank is growing it right now as well. my other buddy on another fourm just harvested his at 44 lat and he said it didnt have a spec of mold on it,its a very big producer, big yeilds and potent smoke so i must try it. i also was thinking hard about cheesy headband from Emerlad triangle bc i did their blueberry headband this year and it didnt have a spec of mold on it and its awesome smoke. i think FLboy also said his PCK is awesome as well. i got the bangi haze from Ace that i will run next year to. i know about the crazy weather we get it here to. we went from being in a severe drought in august and till end of sept till a flood in 1 day lol the rain didnt come though till end of sept and it was because a hurricane was off the east coast and the storms come this way.

@Pipe thanks pipe im most likely just gonna get a 8 pound bag and toss it into one the holes that im building with some worm power Ewc,neem meal,lobster/crab compost meal, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, chicken shit, bat guano ,basalt rock dust, azomite, & insect frass. i'll let that sit from about march 1 till may 1 and it should be ready to plant in by then with no animals digging around in it.

Place a metal can (bottom and top removed) and wrap it with copper tape to prevent slugs/snails from crawling up the stalk.

You got anything still out? I've still got my Sour D with 2-3wks to go...very surprised but they're doing great with no botrytis and I haven't sprayed anything except a light comfrey/compost tea.

You got a big list of strains for next season!

hey bro good tip thanks. i used copper tape this year after i had seen those fkers doing damage but i think they just climed up a tree that was connected to the plant bc i always plant in front of something so i will have something to tie my plants onto. i still have critical jack out.letting it finish up bc its gonna frost hard SAT temps down to 31 for the lows,so im thinking its coming down then. i think most the bud rot i did experience this year was due to CATS/snails. i will be be taking extra pre-cautions on those 2 fks next year for sure. im still gonna try the Ghs TW bc i already have the seeds of it,worst it can do is get bud rot right lol what breeder of the Sour D?

sweet thanks bro! i only got a 5 pack of bangis so whatever come with it is what i got. Ace just actually emailed me this morning to let me know that my payment had arrived. i wish i could grow that purple haze x malawi. im gonna be watching ur thread and seeing how she does end up though. i love ur hillbilly style braces u put up haha thats genius way to do it. im gonna be doing the Malawi though as i think it will do good here. i can run things till end of oct with no issues hopefully. i cant wait to see what kinda beast u get from the Delahaze next year. that will be a huge yeilder for u in the Fl Sun. im guessing at least 1-2 pounds for u down there with it the sun. just make sure if u are in a drought that u water her well thats the only weakness that strain has and well Snails and Cats love it to but i think u got those pests under control

ky you should have been able to chose what you wanted for freebies. did you go on there web site? i think my order is on the way to. i ended up getting a few packs of strains not out yet for freebies and i bought 1 that's not out yet. i think you could get away with doing the malawi cause mine will be coming down real soon and i think they could take a night or two of cold weather no problem. i have the purple malawi that is suppose to finish even faster than this one did or at least the same time. i will be doing a couple of them next season for sure and a couple dela to try out.

stay safe

ya bro i just took what they gave me lol didnt know i could choose my own.ya im gonna try the Malawi, nepal jam and bangi from ace next year. that should be some good headstash stuff. i cant wait to watch the Dela in the Fl sun. it will be a beast for sure. it gets super frosty as well as u seen. make sure to get ur self some insect frass for next year if u are doing it organic, for the immediant uptake of chitosan into the plant along with billions of extra microbes. i think next year for my commerical stuff i will either be using Advanced nutrients or veg+bloom and golden tree. i didnt yeild as good on the organic plots as i did with the chemicals but the smell and taste of the organic plot is really enhanced 10 fold. i can only imagine how good the super lemon haze and cheese candy will taste in living soil with bat guano to water in ever 2 weeks or so during flowering

Well here is the last of the mochein guys. It's my dad's critical jack. I think it could use another week but we are suppose to get a hard frost on sat so it will be taken then. This is a really good strain and yields very well. The buds are rock hard now and it's not shown no signs of but rot, snail or caterpillar damage. We also dug this plant up 2 times during flower to transplant it and it never had 1 leaf point downward,so it's safe to say it's a strong strain from dinafem.I also like this strain bc it's gonna be a breeze to trim. I've never smoked this strain before so I'm looking forward to it. We gave it 8ml of flawless finish today to help flush it out. i will give the final weight once its safely in the shed and dried.

awesome buds Nedank! i have been looking at that strain but couldnt really find no info on it. the UDG fourm is a deadzone when i was there last.

They use to have a bunch of big time growers posting amazing grows both indoors and out but nowadays it is, as you said, much slower with fewer posters.

IMHO a slow forum doesn't affect the quality of a strain does it? Fire99, Herijuana, Godzilla Grape, WiFi x King all fuckin dank genes I've gotten from them over the years. And they run sales 3x a year September, December/January, and April bringing the price to like $3 per seed after freebies.

But if you wanna pay out the ass for shit genetics from dina fem that's your choice.

I saw on the climate prediction center map you're forecast for much below normal temps. But we are outside that. Might get down to 31 here!
Looking good though. Thats awesome they can still flower well after being transplanted like that.

Yeah a lot is going on in the soil. Feed the soil and it will feed your plant. There are some really good things that go on when you promote beneficials. Micorrhizae fungi colonize the roots to keep disease out and help draw up more water and nutrients from the soil. Beneficial bacteria grow locally around roots feeding on sugars excreted by the plant and releasing plant nutrients as organic materials are broken down.

ya the frost is coming hard here for sat. its been getting chilly every nite which is normal for this time of year though. i added some milled barley to my living soil back in the summer and i had a bunch of white mold/fuzzy stuff on top the soil. it freaked me out and i scraped it off lol i still got half a bag of it that i will use next year. i did find that the white mold was normal and not the bad kind :tiphat: i have Dr. dragonfly lush roots that i used this year when i first planted the ladys. i will use it again next year as well.

Who said it wasnt quality sure not me. i didnt pay a dime for my Dinafem seeds. i got a 5 pack of blue cheese and 5 pack of moby for free for just doing a journal for them on another fourm. sure its my choice bc ever strain i have grew from them in the past the people here beat my door down to get it so that is all i care about..IF IT WILL SALE! i dont give a shit what the genetics are as long as my customers are happy. One more thing as well is i dont look at prices of seeds for what they are listed bc i make 10x more back for any seed, i buy off 1 plant..so in reality the seeds are really worth at minimum 1000$ a seed. No need to get ur panties in a wad bc i said that shitty fourm is slow

same here bro lol i went to check on the popcorn buds of the Jacky white i got left and i couldnt believe how much those little fellas have swollen up in the past 8 days. i will chop it friday evening. the trichs are about 35-40% amber on those to,so that should be some powerful smoke. thats why i like all my strains to be totally done by the 15th of oct. i prefer 1st of oct really but sometimes mother nature makes us take them sooner.

They missed the forecast this morning, it was 34 and frost! Yeah they say if the weather's good a crop can gain a lot of weight in the last couple weeks. Been pretty warm, crop was growing fast. When it cools down bud production slows. Of course the pretty colors come out too. The freezing weather will really bring out the color, if the bud doesn't melt.

lol ya idk what im gonna do yet. now would be a perfect time for something like the blue widow or blush hashplant to be out there for the great colors but i always said the color of the fan leaves dont do me no good bc i cant sale those leaves LOL i got my gas stoves out the shed and sprayed them out and brought them in the house,so im prepaired for winter soon. im going to check on the pop corn buds of the jacky and dads Cj tomorrow and will see what the forecast is here in a bit on the local news. the temp here was 42 this morning so didnt see no frost

An update on the cheese candy: its turning out awesome at my other spot. I just pulled it. It was stacked with bud. It got to flower for 8 weeks and 4 days. It was about 7 foot tall and had fat colas. It was pretty stout. It had some bud rot but barely any! So far I like it. The buds are smelling and looking great. Can't wait to taste it. I don't think I could have grown her in a normal year though. This years crazy long. Unusual! And one to remember. I love when plants surprise me in the end! She put up with all kinds of showers and heavy morning dew. She's hardy for sure! The one in my medical garden didn't do as well so I'm glad I had it at multiple spots :)
