Nice crop for such little pots ! You did not choose the easy way but you are doing it very well. KEEP IT ON !!

No photoperiod one in the seeds lot ? 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

Cheers ! Enjoy.

Yeah, seems like it would end great giving the bad start this grow had. And I know small pots are not the way to go with autos, but trust me, with the ammount of flushes and ph corrective waterings I had to do to fix this round.. they would have been much worse if they were in bigger pots. What I can promise you, is that after I learn more on PH and feeding, I'll have another go at Urban Legends seeds, the proper way, in bigger pots, and hopefully with proper feeding.
No photoperiod plants in sight. I guess I got what was written on the packs.. :D
Great seeds, again! Thank you very much!
Cheers!

Since I got some spare time today, I measured the lamp on the watt-meter.
So, FC3000 Watts drawn from outlet @ 212VAC:
Min. = 41.5W
25% = 72.5W
50% = 124.5W
75% = 187.5W - max setting I used this grow
Max. = 272.5W
Keep in mind that, according to mars hydro site, the peak wattage is bigger on 110VAC mains. But 272.5W on a nominal 300W light is still great! Also, please note that I only measured the main points on the dial, the light is completely adjustable within Min. To Max. range.
As my feelings are I'm gonna have at least 25 grams per plant average yeld, I think it's gonna be a very good result in the end. I was certainly expecting over 200W draw at 75%, this just shows you never know for sure till you measure it. So now I am even happier with my light! Thank you, Mars Hydro Led !

This is an interesting measurement. :good:
300W is available in experiment. But to protect the light and extend the lifespan, we limited the max power.
I rechecked with our engineer about the dimmer ratio. They said the ratio was not directly about wattage but about the PPF.
It means If the average PPF is 1000umol/S at 100%, if the dimmer goes to 50%, then the average PPF is 500umol/S.

Good to know. The plants love it at 75% and actually it may be a bit much for them given that some taller ones are just like 20 cm away from the light. But the buds look great, and pots are getting heavier fast. So the results are very good for under 200W of real power draw. I also observed that the ones that are a bit late are growing even more buds, so my mistake that let them without calcium in early flower probably hurt the yeld of the ones thay are early, by a bit. Quality should be great' tho, with that much resin coverage. New pics will come in a day or two. No big changes happened anyway.

Later.edit: Forgot to add I watered them today:
PH 6.2 in @ 540 ppm (flower nutes, seaweed extract, calmag, extra pk)
PH 6.4 out @ 630 ppm
So they continue to eat about as much as I feed them from one watering to another..

Hello Creeperpark ,
I love growing regular photoperiodics very much. Based on my past experiences with old style autos that were shitty yeld and low quality smoke I was ready to dismiss them autos for good. Then I tried some Urban Legends auto seeds some few grows ago, and honestly the results have made me love autos as well. Geting so much buds in like 3 months beats most regular grows in yeld if you consider all time and all watts spent on a grow as part of the gpw calculation. Also, my grow before this one failed, I mean I fucked up because ph and stuff, so I needed some fast harvest as well.
In this case, they were the right call. And I will try them again the future. So far, all I've grown from urban legends seeds been good yeld and smoke. Even if my feeding was off by a bit each time, they still performed very well.
Thank you for droping by!

Today my tent got an upgrade, new mars hydro 6inch fan kit was installed.
It's kind of an overkill for my tent on max speed, but so nice and quiet on lower speeds, commanded by the speed controller I got with it. My old fan could be speed controlled, but at his lowest setting it was still drawing 25-30W from the outlet and was quite easy to hear. This can be driven much silent and can de dimmed down to around 5W power draw by the speed controller.
The hanging system I used is DIY, reused from old filter, the mars hydro had some straps to hang the filter but I did not need to use those since mine is suspended by flexible cording for even more silence. They also included 2 more ventilation clamps for the 6 inch ducting I did not used because I like to keep my vent straight at the filters end, and not add unnecesary ducting.
So my tent got even more silent and has a new carbon filter. Just in time for the stinkyness that already started in the tent.

What I forgot to add about the mars hydro carbon filter is that I was happy to see it came with a nice fitting prefilter on it. I wish they added an extra one in there if there is a need to wash the prefilter, but I usually get a couple of grows from a filter before the prefilter needs washing or changing, so it's good even with just that one prefilter they send. It's one more than I got with my old filter, and for that one I had to diy my own prefilter. So +1 for that prefilter. Seems to do the job on the smell. So far a good product!
Smell up close near the plants is really nice, frutty, sweet, like a fruit tart I would say. Can't wait to sample the first plants in the following weeks.
See you soon for more updates and pictures! Thank you for checking my thread!.

thats some really nice frosting on there
rooms looking superb

Thank you, mate! Let's not forget it's just a small tent! This "room" of mine! :joint:

Later/edit:
I just did another watering: (base flower nutes, cal mag, extra mg)
PH6.2 in @ 520 ppm
PH6.4 out @ 600 ppm

Thank you, bro! The 3rd pic one is actually the first to be harvested, in about 1 week. It's the plant that got her Ca while others were starved. The others, part of them are about a week behind (3-4 plants), then there are the late ones (the rest, 4 or so.) that just started packing buds, which look like thy gonna take more.

So the one that got Ca vs the ones that were starved faired better? Those autos are looking super nice for autos . 😎
