ordering to US

I tried to buy the Killer A5 Haze from Ace but the website doesn't show shipping options for me. They must not ship to the USA.

Anybody in USA get an order from Ace?

While I have gotten several orders to US in 2020 including some during the pandemic and USPS fiasco, I am currently waiting to receive an order of KA5 mailed on 11 Aug. That's 7 weeks.

Something to consider...

I have regularly ordered from them also, and one package did take a full two months/8 weeks. The others have been around 4 weeks (but I have received all of them, probably 4 orders this year total). So if your not in a hurry you absolutely can order, just know that it will take 1-2 months.

Hey guys, great plants.
Love 'em.
Keep the pics raining!

I'm eagerly waiting with one plant in the corner.
Finaly, I can notice signs of flowering after I switched to 11/13, 28 days ago. I don't have experience with plants taking so long till first pistils emerge.

Also, today I notice a change in the smell of the stalk but I'm bad in describing scents...

I’ve had some time now smoking on the single Killer A5 plant I grew and harvested and now that it’s had some time to cure (about two months) there are some changes that I’d like to make note of.

The nose on the jar isn’t very loud, but as it has cured it has held onto and enhanced its definite floral or potpourri smell. I’ve had several people comment on this when sticking their nose into the jar with no advance input from me. They all say “potpourri “.

The high has rounded out some and is not near as aggressive as before. It is most definitely still an intense, aggressive psychedelic type of high.... but just not quite as aggressive as when first harvested. The creeper effect is still there, but it has shortened a bit with first effects being felt immediately and the rest building quicker over a thirty minute period or so. Is it just me or does anyone else notice the first time you try a new strain after a grow it just sends you into the stratosphere? Almost like your receptors aren’t ready for it’s particular cannabinol profile.

It’s still holding on to its psychedelic qualities but takes a few more hits to get there. Earlier I described it as feeling more like a hallucinogen rather than cannabis, and while that’s still true... it takes higher doses to feel that effect as intensely. At smaller doses it feels more like cannabis, at higher doses is where things start getting whacky and trippy. There’s a definite up energy component too, but again more of a psychedelic energy rush, with colors being more vivid, thought processes being sped up, thinking in circles, etc. My soon to be brother in law and I were up until 4am last night after the ladies went to bed. We were talking our faces off all night long like a couple of crackheads on this stuff :biglaugh:

I have to say, I love it! While it’s intense and not something I’d consider for every day use, for those nights you feel like getting wild it definitely fits the bill.

Nice report brother. I've noticed the same thing, best high from a strain is the first time you smoked her. If there is going to be anxiety, it always comes on for me the 1st smoke session. After that, it seems tolerance seems to put her in the same class as the others unless I take some time off from weed. I knew you were a fellow psychonaut the first time we met
Trip on brother:yay:

Cheers!

Last photo taken,a few days after, she came down.95% milky rest a mix
Was tipped that they where coming after my plants, she's now drying away from property
Had a little sample test, think the giggles, the "cold sweat" are back big time
Think her potency will exceed my previous Killer

She was taken down done,I want to think
2 natural walls to her left, and, right, location acted as "an indoor" 11/13
Was a great strain when first tried indoors, outdoors is a top quality plant to grow
Fantastic experience

Sorry to hear of your possible unwanted visitors Red, though all your girls look good.

Is the A5 suitable for a stealth grow outside; I really fancy doing her but am concerned about unwanted smell,

Thanks

Now in advanced flora you notice something else but even so it is not very "singing".
I suppose there will be more smelly phenotypes, keep in mind that they are of long flora and can be made very large if they have space and you put them early ...

I would worry slightly with NL pheno when it comes to smells being detected
She will perform like a champ outdoors my friend, just that one pheno to look out for

Part of the hobby is to stay alert my friend
Unfortunately,it seems, that we are not to see a "legal statue" ,legal grow at 38N for a long ,long time
Got girls drying in a different location, fortunate enough to have them, but, slightly sad that my outdoor spot has been compromised
Thanks OZZ

Something similar - property breach - had happened to " uncle" Orfeas a few years ago.
We live in a place where cannabis laws are so strict and cops so many

Edit: Orfeas is a old IC member....

Lovely looking plant Red bro!
Glad you at least got to harvest her before being compromised.

Mine have had their last day and will get chopped this evening at 105 days.
